Not to mention that this generation was so reliable. My old 2015, which is also nicely customized, has now 270k miles. It doesn’t burn a drop of oil, and is as strong as when I got it new.
All ive done constantly since my recall video on Friday, is talk about the recall. Go look at every single video, and see how many times ive spoke about it. I’ll wait here for the apology.
I know you had others before it. But to me, the Platinum Pro is the OG. That truck is what got me hooked on your videos. I miss those days of you doing mods all the time to that truck.
It was your build videos that sealed the deal for me to purchase my 18 tundra! I’ve done the same mods on my cement grey sr5! Color matched everything, fox 2.0 leveling, camburg uca, 18 inch methods on 35 inch toyo!
Tundra34, I have an update on the recall. I had some insider info on the engine failures. The Lexus plant in Japan had the same engine, that in the Tundra's, go bad. This is not a "debris" problem, that was supposedly in the North America plants. It's going to be a design flaw. Some 24's are going to be affected. Toyota is deciding to replace the blocks on over 150k vehicles, which is going to do a number on their company. Look for their stock to take a hit, in the next couple months.
Great looking truck! I also very much liked your 2020 Army Green Pro.. Sorry but still not a fan and any of the newer version Tundras 🤬. Toyota has really screwed up and I’m sure they know it.
Hey Mark, beautifull Platinum,.......just letting you know that I was the 100 like today, just speaking something different than complaining about having 2 of the new recall enginess on my driveway.
Told you you would regret it. But nooooo you had you buy a new truck so you would have more content. Bro 7-8 years and only 40,000 subscribers, don’t make life choices based on your “fans”. Now look what you have
I think your channel would be much more interesting if you bought a previous gen Tundra and modded it. I think you could get sponsors for it, especially now since the new Tundras are looked down on so much with the recall and other issues. By the way, I convinced my neighbor down the street to do an oil analysis on his 2022 Tundra. If he has bearing metal, he's getting rid of it immediately. He's already looking at previous generation Tundras on autotrader.
@@TundraDude34 Sell the Tundra you got buddy. You don't have to mod it all in one shot. Anyway, just a suggestion. I think your would double your subs with that type of content.
Hybrid new gen is faster because of how smooth the acceleration and gears shifting is. But nothing is more fun then the feeling of the supercharger pulling that heavy 2017 up to speed
Can you remember what the offset of your wheels were? And if I may be so bold, it was a mistake to get rid of that one because it was a classic to keep "forever". That was one truck that will outlast the new ones, just my three cents 😉😊
I would’ve loved to have kept that one. Unfortunately, i dont have the big youtuber type money. Gotta rock with what i got lol. I just looked, the offset is 25 on those Phantoms
