Don't put all baby boomers in the pot with the ones running the show. Although we had something in one timeline in our lives, it was rippy out of our hands when we had to care for our aging parents, GenX, millennial and Gen z kids at the same time. Prices went up in home care, braces, doctor bills, food, appliances, cars, repairs, college, mortgage interest, rent, and not to mention job discrimination due to new graduates who will quit if they feel disrespected or not allowed to do as they please. This causes businesses to have high employee turnover and have to train new hires that cost at least $3,500.00 per person in management positions and most can't write memos, proper administrative responses, make executive decisions, or create a plan for their employees. This is why they can't buy a home, keep a job, save, live on their own, save money or anything else. They don't listen, learn from history, follow, directions, or argue with the right people. Don't get dressed up as if you are performing in theater and dig your fingers in the eyes of those who lost everything to keep you from drowning as children.
