Yes, The Grove is in a great location to get to the parks! Thanks a for watching! The Grove was not perfect but overall it was pretty great when we went! We've been twice too. I hope they keep it up! Lately I've read some reviews that are questionable, might have to get back there soon and check it out. Hope you have a great trip if traveling!

@@fitnessnbeer9835 Yea theres some things that need attention...some pressure washing on the exterior and some of the huge metal doors that connect the hallways are beginning to "sag" from the casing and do not shut quietly. Some actually sound like gunshots when they get slammed shut, not ideal at night, especially when your master bedroom is right by one. Still though, it's a great value at the Grove, lots of space in the rooms and great pools/waterpark. Enjoy your next trip bro.

Hi can I ask you something? I'm thinking of going in the summer this year from Ireland,how far from the center of international drive is this hotel.i only ask because I was on I D many years ago an just looking for reference to it,thanks in advance

@@pamelathomas847 The Grove is just west of Disney and is in a great location to get to the Disney Parks. I'm guessing you're talking about Intenational drive up near Sea World which would be about 25 minute away. Still not bad drive.

I hope you have a great trip! We really like the Grove and the waterpark can't be beat for an in-resort park. We've been to The Grove multiple times too but it's been a while since our last visit. I've read a handful of questionable reviews lately, so I hope it's still nice! If you can remember, let me know how it is after your visit? The Grove water park provides good activity for kids and really can't be beat for an on-property water park. I like the Grove better than Margaritaville, but like both properties. Also check out some of the vacation club properties like Sheraton Vistana Villages or Marriott Cypress Harbour (there's videos for both and more on this channel). They both have nice Villas, lots of pool options, and activities. Hope this was helpful and have a great trip!

@@fitnessnbeer9835 Thanks. I’ll check out the other properties you recommended. I’m from Orlando so just looking for a quick staycation. I agree, the Grove appears to be more kid oriented which is a good selling point in case I travel with the fam. The spacious floor plan is another selling point.

@@Mindset4Excellence Hope it was helpful! Margaritaville has cottages and they’re okay too if you’re looking for more space. But yeah, the Grove waterpark is great for kids. And overall lots of good options for families with more space than the standard hotel room!

@@bpalmeira2 The water park at the Grove is the thing that makes it unique. But there’s plenty of vacation club property’s with similar accommodations. Do check out my reviews of The Marriott Cypress Harbour or of the Sheraton Vistana Villages. I think both are good options with great amenities but still the water park at the Grove is hard to beat.

Hey Adam! Actually I live in Atlanta. We try to visit Orland pretty often, since we like to visit resorts and I like to make videos lol. One is an excuse to do the other, ha! It’s funny you should ask, our last trip we stayed at the Marriott Cypress Harbour Villas and I really liked it. It’s also a villa units like the Grove. They don’t have a waterpark but the property is pretty great! They have a great collection of activities. A little different vibe but It would make a good alternative to the Grove. I think your family would like it and find plenty to do. Thanks a bunch for checking out the video! We've been a few times... Once we paid $236 per night. On the specific trip of the video it was $180 per night, but that price was a couple of years ago. Pricing fluctuates drastically depending on season but I think anywhere in the $300 range is fair. Hope this helps!

Yes The Grove does have a shuttle to Disney Parks but we’ve never used it. I can say that the drive to Disney is maybe 10 minutes and not bad at all. Thanks a bunch for watching! Hope it was helpful!

LOL I know what you are talking about on the second bathroom door frame. No it’s not a bug, but it is a spec of something. I think it’s just a notch in the frame. We’ve been to this property a couple of times and haven’t noticed a problem with bugs. It’s a huge property so I can’t promise. Thanks for watching!

Ha! I think know what your talking about. I think you’re talking about the door frame for the 2nd bathroom. That actually wasn’t a bug it was just a knick in the paint. Honestly we didn’t experience any bugs during the two times we visited but it’s been more than 3 years and I’ve read some reviews to contrary since. But we didn’t personally experience a problem. Hope this helps.

Did they try to force you to buy a time share? I know some places hold you for almost 3 hours talking trying to convince you to buy one. That’s a huge deal breaker for us.

@@ms.diva_p4156 No they didn’t even offer us a timeshare presentation. It’s like a regular hotel stay beside the fact you get the larger villa and less housekeeping service. I know lots of properties will ask you to attend a presentation but will offer you something in return like $200 in resort cash or park tickets. But I agree it’s tough to give up 3 hours of your time while on vacation. Big thanks for checking out the video and asking!
