Wow. His Mum and the blatant victim blaming is incredible. I could not believe she literally said that it was Deborah's fault. No wonder he turned out to be such a wonderful person.
I was in a horrific relationship with an abuser and I told his elderly mom. I showed her bruises. She told me to “be a good woman, be patient, and keep these matters private”. I felt lost and alone, as my parents have passed years ago. I left him after he did some scary things and was charged w 8 felonies. He had told me many times he would kill me. I am sure he would have if I stayed. My heart goes out to these victims, the fear is real. I am grateful he has no idea where I am now.
@The_other_Jen I'm so sorry. I'm glad you are safe now, well as safe as it is possible to feel after all that trauma. It would have taken a lot to tell his Mum and she completely let you down, she should have done the opposite. I'm just so incredibly sorry that someone did this to you but you are so incredibly strong.
@@Erebus.666.Do you know him personally? Do you have a relationship with this detective? If you answered no, then please keep your pessimistic & highly judgemental comments to yourself. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. @judithdohner2959 I absolutely loved that he did that and couldn't believe the 'coincidence' of this little boy loving Yoda and the dog's name was Yoda, precious ❤
I don't know whats more pathetically embarrassing -The killers mother blaming the victim for her own brutal murder -The prison facility not only allowing one prisoner to escape. But then failing to secure the known escape route, failing to ensure extra security measures in this same area. But also letting ANOTHER prisoner escape months later from the same exact escape route. Absolutely unacceptable to say the least
I’d love to know where all the billions of dollars that go to prisons each year… bc it’s not for rehabilitation or to keep the prisons secure… it’s probably lining the pockets of the people in charge.
It’s pathetic that this many escape’s happen in this area ! Unacceptable for any of these to happen ! The law enforcement agencies are failing in that area! No excuse
His mom asked that her son be shown dignity.....didn't the victim deserve just as much dignity, if not more, to have her life taken so brutally in front of her children!!?? Absolutely ridiculous and delusional! The nerve of her! He should be shown far less mercy than what he showed to Deborah!!
Dude. It's his MOTHER. Of course she's wanting to help her son as much as she possibly COULD right now she knows she can't help him so her words are all she HAS and no matter what happens that's her SON and as heinous and disgusting as the crime is (and it Is, probably one of the MOST disgusting) it's still her child and she's still his mother. The mother isn't responsible so why comment some shit like that as if she did... Are you telling me you would be able to just completely wash your hands of your kid???? You can't even answer that because you've never been thru it so don't even try. If you wanna be ugly then be ugly towards HIM not his mom.
Yes, I could. Just like I completely washed my hands of my father. You are under no obligation to your mother or children. They are still human and as human, at a certain maturity, understand right and wrong, that harming someone is wrong. As a parent you help them understand consequences and accountability. Under no circumstance should you defend unjust cruel behavior simply because of blood relation, that is a naive, immature and dangerous take@@LivingDeadGirl0702
@allexgarcia7312 Let me try to make my point clearer so you can fully understand. As a mother myself, I have a conscience, and I teach my children to listen to their conscience and to treat others the way we want to be treated. Which means I have the ability to think of and sympathize with others. To make such a statement as his mother did is heartless to the victim. I care about all my children deeply, so much so they call me mother bear because I defend and care for them to no end. I only want the best in life for my kids and push myself every single day to make sure they do physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. But as much as my kids are my world, I also have the ability to think of others. If my child had committed such a horrific act as this monster, in my heart, I would be screaming for every compassion for my child, but I would not say it publicly out of respect to the victim and their loved ones. Although I would be beyond heartbroken and highly angry at my child for throwing their life away and more broken knowing that they took a life that wasn't there's to take, I would plead privately with law officials and get the best defense lawyer out there, even if it bankrupts me. But I would also not downplay the severity of my child's criminal act and blame the victim for what happened, like his mother did. I teach my children that there are reactions to every action, so they need to really think things through before putting their thoughts and emotions into motion. To take accountability and to be honest. That if someone breaks your heart, life will go on and will become better. Not what this mother did by basically justifying her sons monstrous actions. Just because you're a parent doesn't mean you accept everything your child does in life, and not accepting does not mean you love them any less. Accepting bad behavior and overlooking does not help them to become the best person they can be. We're supposed to guide them, support them, and help them learn. Not teach them that everything wrong they do is someone else's fault. This way of parenting is why we now have a society overrun with narcissists. This mothers way of thinking shows me what foundation led to her son being the heartless monster he is and clearly has not helped him at all in life, has it? No, it hasn't. So yes, the mother asking for everyone to show her son dignity is straight b.s. knowing what he put Deborah and her children through. Being this way is NOT being a caring, loving mother. It's being an enabler!
Son stabs his ex girfriend dozens of times, to death, in front of her young children because she didnt want him. His mom: "well, she asked for it." Wonder where he learned his values.
His mother is a real piece of work. How DARE she victim blame, by saying Deborah had a "stranglehold" on her son! He was the one doing the stalking! Kinda hard to have a "stranglehold" on a person AND try to escape from that person, simultaneously. Idiocy.
You sound surprised. Yet you only have to watch a lot of crime documentaries to know that there are plenty of parents who -- some of whom otherwise seeming sensible enough -- live in complete denial after their son or daughter has committed a crime. Those people would never have admitted beforehand that they would behave that way, and yet when the time came, that's exactly what they did.
I often wonder what the mother would say about other murderers. Like, would she make excuses for them too? If her best friend got murdered, would she be so forgiving? I bet she'd be a massive hypocrite
Remarkably similar case to that of Gonzalo Lopez, 46, who escaped prison in Texas and eluded capture for two weeks during which he killed a family of five. This just happened I think in May or June. It angers me that a family had to die because law enforcement was inept in not only letting him escape but not capturing him fast enough.
I have let my 3 grown children that I will love them forever, unconditionally. They also know, that if I become aware that they have committed any crime, especially if it causes harm or death to another person, if they don’t turn themselves in, I will. I will completely support them through the process, tell them not to talk to anyone, especially the police, until they have a lawyer, which I will help to obtain, and of course, will still love them. Doing the right thing will be very hard, but it is what it is.
That’s tough doing the right thing at the moment god forbid those things happen as their protector I understand where you coming from, I wouldn’t blame others and I would turn them in
Round of applause for the puppers who did what the humans couldn’t do. Also that dudes enabling mother is a piece of work. Prayers to all families affected by this lowlife.
Yay for Yoda!😻A dog that saved the community instead of a whole police force. I don’t think I’d move to PA if their prison is that easy to escape from.
Protective orders aren’t worth the paper they’re on. Didn’t stop my ex-husband from sitting, armed, in front of my place, hiding in the back seat of my car, showing up at my door. I’d call the cops & he’d be gone before they got there. The order only made him more vengeful and angry. I’m lucky to be alive.
I was going to say, I enjoy the videos but that msg at the end there giving info for potential abuse case reporting is useless, just like restraint orders and the disappointing quality of a job that the police does
Didn’t expect this to be covered so quickly. His escape and hiding made national news. Almost daily here in Chicago we were being alerted about this guy. They were saying that him being so elusive could have meant he escaped to another state. They told us Chicagoans to be vigilant just in case he did cross state lines. If we were being alerted all the way here in the state of Illinois then im near positive other states were alerting their citizens as well.
With this taking place 20 mins from my place, we were all being very vigilant in our area. All of us looking for him any time we went anywhere. He attempted to break in at a co workers house when they were away on vacation.
I live in Philly and I can confirm we were scared! He popped up in the most suburban areas and no one knew where he was going next. It was such a relief when he was caught.
It amazes me how some parents can possibly blame others for their dirty bag children's behavior. It's a wonder why they feel so entitled to do as they please when their useless parents excuse their behavior
The mothers remarks regarding her sons actions are truly disgusting and delusional. They are not decent humans 💩 and with that 🤯 I have no other comments to convey and remain within You Tubes guidelines.
A convicted murderer escapes nearby and people are leaving guns in garages, doors unlocked, cars unlocked, and keys in ignitions. Self preservation instincts of a grapefruit.
I live about 2 hours north of Chester county and the whole state was on alert for that dirtbag. How ridiculous is it to not protect your family with a firearm when there’s a violent murderer in your kitchen and your only weapon is a picture frame.
@@oldbatwit5102 Oh, not my whole life; just while that maniac was loose. Well, that and until I found out my abusive ex-husband was deceased. That was first time I breathed a heavy sigh of relief since 1983.
As soon as you hear the parent’s response to their behaviors you quickly understand how these people can do such despicable things. Parents are more upsetting than the criminals
The mother is a piece of work to blame the victim for her own death, she's so in denial that she raised a monster. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
I live in the town he was on the run/captured in (I’m 5 minutes up the road from longwood gardens). It was INSANE. Business closed down, roads were shut down, people were terrified to go grocery shopping, etc. I can say, with how “on top” of things police were, they didn’t catch him nearly fast enough.
OMG he flicked the switch back at him??!!!! 😱😱 😱😱 😱 😱 I am only 11 minutes in and have a feeling this is going to get a lot worse!! EDIT: Yeah!!! Because that what murderers are known for "paying with dignity" Jesus Christ!!!!
That crab walk up a prison yard wall, was impressive. But, Debra coming to America and it still not being safer than Brazil is just wrong. Terrifying. What a shame, for her and her children. 😔
Perfect example of a Weak man who has to make his partner miserable in order to feel bigger and then brutally takes her life away when she says NO, not anymore. Epitome of selfishness and arrogance. His mother also arrogant thinking he deserves anything but disdain.
I hate to admit this given the subject of this video, but to see a channel you watch religiously cover a story local to myself is kind of exciting 😅 this was my community he escaped in. He was captured right around the corner from my house!
I feel horrible this other mother lost her child due to this monster and there’s a good chance she’ll never get justice. I hope they can charge him even though he’s not there. What a disgusting human being who chose to do harm to others with the life they were blessed with. I hope those kids live great lives going forward and they remember their mother forever.
Can’t believe that people still leave their doors unlocked and key in the ignition lol with . Everyone unknowingly helped this man stay on the run for two weeks
Seeing your video drop made my day!! Mollie also has a new video today, and watching them back to back was great. I have a sucktastic disease that has me stuck in bed some days, and seeing your vids makes me less bummed. Thanks for the great content, you'll never know how much it means to a lot of us.
He was here on a forged passport so unless he had been on the US before , committed a crime where his prints are on file there would be no way of knowing he wasn't who his passport said he was
Great video of this case! I know I was following this closely as I have family in that general area. If anyone needs to be locked up 24 hours a day for 50 decades, it's him.
Just listening to the ppl leaving keys in their cars, shoes on the porch and guns in their garages 🙄 are you kidding me?! Wth, they were wanting him to have everything he needed. Leaving the gun out was just dumb 😑! Thankfully no one was hurt.... Good grief!
This happened miles from my house .. he was heading right towards my house and was 4 miles away when caught he is now in prison 4 miles on the other side of my house.
This was crazy. I don’t work far from where this went down. Schools were shut down it really was terrifying worrying about people who lived in Chester county. Glad they got him
Alot of people around here (i live in the area this happened in) keep a 22 around for varmints I'm not defending him it should've been locked up but that's the reason
I am NOT victim blaming, bc no one deserves this. But please-women, men, everyone-PLZ-do not announce your plans to a violent criminal. Just leave w/out telling them, or turn them in w/out telling them. Or don’t if you’re not ready!! But if any one there is in any situation where you’re about to make a decision that you know will change your life forever, or change someone else’s for the worse, just do it-do NOT announce it. It’s a big risk to take that one last gut-punch at someone if it’s your or your family’s life at risk. 🙏 ❤🙏
Wonderful video! I love your content so much. I have to say the ending brought me to tears. Deborah's kids are so precious and I'm so glad The kids seem to be doing good😢
@@ColdNicole dear ColdNicole. Is your life that miserable that you have to be mean to a total stranger making a comment that has NOTHING to do with you personally? Asking for a friend.
@@SwtMarz because they aren't criminal chargers they are civil so he wasn't reported as being illegal. Like can't y'all do some Google searches to figure this shit out. Like it's seriously not that hard
She may hate that he isn't facing trial for his murder in his home country but transporting and housing an escaped murderer with repeated escape attempts is a huge risk. Especially when he may have connections to aide him there if he gets free. She will just have to suck it up and deal with his life incarceration.
I use to climb my grand parents walls in their hallway like that... I'd be all the way at the ceiling. Everyone would walk right under me, never noticing!
I say that this tool has EARNED a solitary confinement for the rest of his natural life. He escaped from a prison in Brazil. Got UNDETECTED into the US. Lived here. Abused his GF. Killed her in front of her children. Found Guilty for the 2nd time. Escaped again. I wonder if Hanibel will share his plexiglass cell with him?
I love how all these residents, while knowing a dangerous fugitive is literally on the run, w/ a huge amount of cops en force-are ACTIVELY leaving doors unlocked, & keys in ignitions??!! Guys, c’mon! I lived through the Texas 7 in my state, a few were captured near my school. But-we were ALL on lockdown, & my grandma (who infuriatingly leaves her f’n door unlocked) was actually locking up her house! Along w/ all the other dumb-dumbs who do that! Keep your family safe! Geez!
The mom clearly passed her evil to her son, both mother and son are evil people. They think they’re entitled and deserve anything they want. He thinks he should be allowed to live illegally in a foreign country, she thinks her son shouldn’t have any consecutive for his actions, he thinks he should be able allowed to have his ex girlfriend and take her life, she thinks her son should be allowed to kill his gf, he thinks he should be able to kill anyone he wants, he thinks he shouldn’t have any consequences for what he does, he thinks he deserves no punishments, no jail time, this man is just entitled and disgusting and so is his “mother”
When this creep was on the lam, I saw so many comments from Americans cheering him on in his escape & evasion of authorities. They didn’t seem to care what a despicable monster he is - says a lot about our country and who people look up to now.
That the brainwashed liberals for you. They love death, mayhem and destruction until it happens to one of them and they demand the police come save them. They have a warped view of reality
I'm disgusted by his so called mom. Denial is one thing but this? Just as sickening as her murderous son. Get a conscious woman and fast. Those poor kids. I hope they can get help and live a prosperous future.
How can someone be so smart yet so dumb?? He was smart enough to go into hiding without getting caught, yet he chose to kill again with witnesses?!! Hope he lives a loooong life full of mistreatment.
When you already have children, please don't invite evil into your life. You need to protect your children first, they come first. Evil is everywhere, keep it at bay.
I live in the area where he was wandering around after his breakout. People weren't really scared or concerned, but we did find it interesting after a week went by and he wasn't caught yet. If anything we were counting to see how long it would take the police to catch. It's not like he was hiding or being discreet about his whereabouts a lot of people said they saw him just walking around minding his own business. Once he was caught the interest was gone and no one cared anymore. I honestly forgot all about it until I saw this video.
@@crishuez that's fair I understand that completely. Don't get me wrong it's not that I didn't take this seriously. To me it seemed like he didn't have a real plan and was just going with whatever he could think of while keeping a low profile. Also he didn't seem like he wanted to hurt anyone. Yes I'm glad we wouldn't have to wait to find out if he would, and that they put the search into overdrive once he did get the rifle. But if he really wanted to hurt someone he would have done it before the end of that first week.
Wow I really didn’t expect this. I always listen to crime stories as I’m getting ready I just let the videos play. Five minutes in I’m thinking this sounds way too familiar. This happened right in our community’s backyard. The manhunt for him had the entire state on lockdown. It was terrifying
Wow… I’d heard of how he escaped, but I didn’t hear what he had done. So awful. The focus on the news, at least from what I witnessed, seemed to be on the fact that he had escaped in this crazy way and not on what he had done to be put away…. So thank you for sharing this with us. Absolutely inexcusable, his mother can suck it too.
Yep that's what they do. Deflect. Also the border is wide open so best believe thousands of ppl like him r here now and we have no idea where they r until they hurt us
Wow! His mother should be thrown In prison with him. There was a protection order against him . That monster wouldn't let her go..He has such insecurity and doesn't love himself.Than the most awful of all.killing her in front of her children This monsters mother should be a shamed of her self.He killed an innocent person and put trauma on those children.
Now that we acknowkedged & showed appreciation to all involved in his capture, lets discuss how & why these escapes were allowed to happen multiple times & what is being done to rectify it? Also what are the consequences of those who failed to do their job and provided these multiple opportunities???Until then I dont know how anyone can feel safe in that immediate area.
Well I'll give you my take on it. Have you ever looked at the pay the prison guard makes? Have you ever looked at the qualifications needed to be a prison guard?. You'd be better off flipping burgers. Nobody spitting on you throwing feces at you fighting with you. 😊
Let me give you some insight about the jails and prisons here in PA: They quit as fast as they are hired. Why? Mandatory overtime. These COs are working 18 hour days basically every time they walk in the door. This problem doesn’t fall on the underpaid, overworked COs. This is a systemic problem with PA correctional facilities.
Something tells me if it weren't for Yoda this killer would've killed again, probably during a home invasion whilst stealing food, clothing, credit cards and a vehicle. Why wasn't his escape route at the jail sorted out after the prior escape by the other inmate? Lastly how dumb were the people who left a firearm in the unlocked and open doored garage especially when the area has an escaped murderer hiding out there and the residents were told for days to remain vigilant. Thank God Yoda caught him or those residents would've had blood on their hands when he killed using their gun. Isn't it illegal to not store away weapons in a screwed to a wall gun safe in the States? Surely people aren't allowed to leave long guns scattered wherever, so in the event of a burglary these weapons end up in the underworld of organised crime?
It is BEYOND ridiculous that it took them TWO WEEKS to find this man. This was a local issue for me, but those responders should have been out there searching 24/7 checking EVERYTHING. And that they acted like they caught him when a literal dog did their job better. 😂
