I can attest, the base + MCG Ultimate is the best base+grip on the market, hands down. And yes, I own a Virpil Alpha, specially bought to compare them. While I'm sure Virpil will get better with each iteration, VKB's experience in metal grips far exceeds them at this point. The MCG Ultimate makes the Alpha Prime feel cheaply made of thin metal and unbalanced - again, this is only against VKB' MCG Ultimate. As I said, I'm sure both companies will continue to advance their manufacturing expertise, but the question on everybody's (okay, Mostly on my mind) is when will VKB announce either metal Kosmosomas, or a lefty MCG Ultimate? With the modularity if being able to seamlessly swap POV/4way hats in VKBs grips, it's huge advantage by not being stuck with whatever layout comes stock. VKB truly embodies the "customization for each person" with their modular approach to design. Amazing work guys, keep it coming!!!

Falcon BMS, IL2, DCS, MSFS, Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, Everspace 2 and more. I know there aren't a lot of options as we would like, but there are options.

I only use my VKB flight stick for DCS, it's the only flight combat sims that is good but AI is dull like I'm flying alone, wingman ,ATC and AWACS don't really interact with me like old flight combat sims do. My focus is on realistic or semi-realistic single player flight combat sims only with games bought from steam.

@@alligator5706my focus only on single player games sold on Steam. falcon BMS is not sold on steam and it flies only F-16C. I need more 4th generation fighters, 4.5 and 5th generation fighters flying for few countries factions. I don't mind if it's not accurate due to developer has no access to their avionics work and function of actual aircraft that are classified. I wish novalogic and microprose would make modules like DCS selling each aircraft DLC separately. Elite Dangerous is garbage as it wasted much time on flying point A to B doing delivery more than combat. I stopped playing after getting bad treatment from Elite Dangerous moderators. There's no great space combat sims after wing commander prophecy.
