Rhinoceros means something like „nose-horned“ in Ancient Greek, so it’s not surprising that something concerning the nose would have the same word in it.

Most of these are just coincidence. The exceptions are the "cisms" in previous episodes which get their name from the Greek letter that makes that sound and the 2 phobias... Which are not real medical terms and were made up as a joke. Hippo literally means horse, there is no way an actual medical term would include it for such a phobia, phobias are always literally translatable. This is also why Aibohphobia is fake, Aiboh means nothing.
