Benefit of the doubt here: Jenny is a fully grown adult woman and it cuts off just above the knee. If a 10-13 year old was wearing it, the skirt would probably reach the knee at least or go even a bit below it. It's the open shoulders and neck part that's the issue.

Agreed, I have to admit I have donated things (nothing as horrendous as something with human liquids attached) that no one would want. I'm sure in the back of my mind I thought it was good enough for them, though I would never have admitted that to myself let alone anyone else.
