I've known this family for close to 18 years and I'll tell you something. Camera on or off, this is exactly how they are. I'm pretty sure this channel has flourished and become such a success because people just gravitate towards this kind of pure goodness and tight family love, something a lot of society is missing these days. Hope everyone has a great 2020, but especially hope The Arms Family Homestead continues killing it like they did in 2019!

You have no idea how much my husband and I enjoy your video's! We live an a very urban setting, a small backyard garden and we'll never have goats. But, my goodness we get so much from your video's. Often it's the gentle reminder/ example that reminds us to be more, I don't know grounded. Your love and enthusiasm for others, your promoting others channels, it's just always this place we can watch and turn down the volume on the crazy. I love the realness of your channel. I was brought up on a farm kinda like yours. It was grandma's house and all of us grandkids helped out and learned about life and the world out there. In my very early 50's I remember getting running water in the house! It's a different kind of person that comes from that. Thanks for reminding me about my past.

You guys make me laugh. Your interaction with your kids remind me of ,me with mine. I have three sons and one daughter. And when your daughter appeared she was dancing most of the time just like my pre teen would do on camera. Something about these teens and constantly dancing. Cracks me up. Little spurts of energy. Also your lucky. With your weather. Here in central Minnesota we have at least 2 feet accumulated snow , not melting. Lol Keep up the good work you guys.

They are going to do great with the heifers you just got to watch your feet so you don't get stepped on. Love that you are so involved with your children you need to do seminars to teach other people how to be parents. We grew up with all the stuff you are doing. Hey Houston! I'm from Canada and I recently had an unlucky day too. My dad and I were deer hunting and stumbled upon 2 legal bucks however when I went to get out of the jeep my rifle got caught on something and I got stuck so one of the deer ran away. Luckily my dad got the other but I was pretty disappointed in myself. I kept going at it and on the last week of the season I finally got my buck and I was much bigger than the others ones. So the lesson of the story is to always be hopeful because just because something doesn't work out the first time, doesn't mean I won't the next. Heck, the outcome could even be better than expected the next time. Keep at it kiddo
