Pound for pound, the fish in this river are some of the hardest fighting and most difficult fish to land that I've ever caught....anywhere! Super swift current, massive log jams everywhere, and big RED HOT wild rainbow trout and brown trout that do all they can to break you off! I don't even flyfish but subscribed after watching this. Absolutely beautiful style of fishing. Crazy thing is I came across this channel in a video where you launched a boat from the side of the highway.

Superb video. Highly ingenious by hand tying the reel onto the handle. Am wondering if hose clamps could also have worked. Have got an Echo practice caster… will have to give fishing some serious skinny water a try with it. If it works satisfactorily will give it to the 7 year old niece to fish for pan fish with it at a friend’s farm pond after she has had enough practice with the yarn. Thanks for the idea.

Dammmmann that current looks kinda strong ...one slippery move on a wrong rock and my 62 year old ass would go down and I'd be chancin drowning inmy waders especially around all those sticks... that would be jacked up😢
