The only way to make this the “hardest” thing to do is actually eating their choices. Just answering questions is easy. To truly know if they’ll stick with their choice is to eat it.
Ladybug 1470 that would be a cruel and unusual punishment 😅 coming from a very picky eater, I would refuse and not come into work for a week, unless you want me to throw up before eating it
I think I can't digest peppers? Idk. I swear Garrett and I can't be the only ones. I mean I'm not even picky. We should get a confirmation here. Is there a scientist on this flight?
It's funny, everyone I know likes bell pepper or at least says it doesn't have much flavor but I can't stand the stuff. Even cooking something with bell peppers in the same oven as something without it can ruin both food items for me. The smell and taste are just... not good. And I'll eat just about anything so I have no idea why I'm so affected by bell peppers
brooke m it's the same with brussel sprouts tasting bitter. (For me they're a little bit bitter but I LOOOOOOVE them anyway... no seriously, I ate 26 on Christmas day)
"Everybody who says cilantro is good, is lying" Actually, it was scientifically proven that the taste of cilantro is driven from your chromosomes. It is one of the few foods that is. Most of the world taste cilantro for how it actually tastes (not like soap) and I think like one-fourth tastes it like soap.
Cilantro also helps clear out the lungs and rebuild the cilia Personally Im pretty addicted to the smell when I come across it in the grocery store, I dunno what it is about it!! I seem to be one of the very few who love the stuff!
I heard some people say cilantro tastes like soap bc they have this certain gene that picks up aldehyde chemicals that taste like soap. For those people, they're missing out. I love cilantro.
J Silverstrand I also love parsley. But I'm the person that loves all the food that people normally hate like olives, mustard, ginger and brussel sprouts. But on the other spectrum I really hate mayo, bacon, apple and all fruit melons but everyone else seem to love those.
My Mexican mama had the chancla ready to hit me if I refused to eat anything and thanks to that I now love eating most food (onions and mustard the exceptions)
1. Neither 2. Ketchup (easy) 3. Neither 4. Neither 5. Neither (allergic) 6. Neither 7. Neither 8. Bowl of beans 9. Neither 10. Neither (allergic to both) I KNOW THIS IS NOT HOW THE GAME WORKS, BUT I'M JUST SUPER PICKY
I totally get why people dont like bell pepperd raw .. I used to eat them when i wasnt pregnant.. Now pregnant.. It is too strong and it makes me gag and it smells awful which makes me sad but eventually i can eat them again:D
Same! Apparently many people hate them because they USED to be bitter but they have now developed them so they're not bitter to most people but it's the memory of how they used to be that makes people dislike them. It's now a genetic thing as to whether they taste bitter to you
Arthur Göttmann Weirdly enough for me, lots of people don't like them. But I LOVE them (excluding the red sweet ones), especially making them into bites with other stuff. But nothing beats the taste of biting into a piece of a fresh green bell pepper 😍
Don’t take these people as the voice for the whole US. I like bell peppers and so do a bunch of other people. These people are picky eaters so they don’t like a lot.
@@Claire-rt3yl yess, for me I hate cucumbers, asparagus, Brussels sprouts and honey melon(?) (kind of seems like a lot now that I've written it down), but other than that, I like all the other foods.
1. Brussel sprouts beats are so nasty 🤢🤢 2. Ketchup. I like Mayonnaise much more but a spoonful itself is just 😬😬 3. Bell pepper. Bell peppers aren’t bad, my mom made me eat it all the time 4. Beans aren’t bad especially baked beans. Peas taste like throw up. 10. Pineapple on pizza is a sin. Olive on pizza is ok. 11. Never had either sooo idk but the way they explain it steak tartare sounds sooooooo nasty🤢🤢
it makes me sad that people have never tried good potato salad before... yknow what ruined it for y'all? your aunt becky's raisin and mayo mash. leave it in the trunk. or, like, the garbage can. potatoes are precious and they deserve better than that
I'm not Mexican (I'm Asian lol) but everytime I get a dish at a family owned Mexican business or a food truck I always load my taco or soup (I think I get tripe but I'm not sure what it's called....?)with onions, cilantro and squeezed lime :'> It's so good!

Looks at video title. Thinks might get exciting if they actually have to eat their choice. Watches video, they didn't eat any of the stuff they picked. Severely let down. Feels like buzz feed robbed me of 1 view
1. Beets 2. Ketchup (But I'm okay with mayonnaise) 3. Bell Pepper (We call them capsicums in Australia) 4. Cottage cheese (I'm okay with both, though, I love them both) 5. Sushi 6. Cilantro (We call it coriander in Aus, I totally love broccoli just as much though) 7. Potato salad (Once again, fine with both) 8. Peas 9. Pineapple (fine with olives, I just feel like having fruits today lol) 10. Steak tartare (not a fan of seafood) I am quite a foodie and I love all kinds of food, the only food I don't like is seafood. I'm okay with fish, and sashimi though. Scallops, crabs, lobster are alright too. But it's a big no for most shellfish except scallops, prawns, squid, cuttlefish, octopus, etc. I can eat prawns and octopus, but they have to be cooked a certain way.
"When you buy hamburger meat at the grocery store and say 'that looks pretty good as is' " Wtffff same! I think that about so many meats in the aisle at the store 😂😂😂
I'm a picky eater Brussel Sprouts Ketchup Whole Raw Bell Pepper Cottage Cheese (I love cheese but blue cheese is nasty) Sushi I like both broccoli and cilantro (not by itself) Potato Salad Both but beans Olives on pizza Caviar ( haven't tried both of these) I like veggies but I'm picky with fruits and dessert

Inami B. Some just can’t eat it raw, it gave my mom headaches, and it causes that guy diarrhea. Something to do with the capsicum. Correct me if I’m wrong.
-brussel sprouts -ketchup -bell pepper (not that i dont like onion. just cant imagine biting into one whole) -idk never had either but ig cottage cheese? both sound gross to me -sushi -broccoli -ooo theyre both good so idc -either theyre both good -love pineapple pizza -caviar but ive never had steak tartare

Lol I love all these foods and sushi is my favorite food of all time. What’s the opposite of a picky eater because that’s me. Food is one of the most important things for me and I eat everything, and love most of it!
1.) Brussel sprouts. They're delicious. ( I like beets though) 2.) I love both but in spoonfuls? Ketchup all the way. 3.) I only eat onions cooked so imma go with bell peppers, they're sweet so... 4.) I love both cheese. I don't know the foot comparison because my feet smell fine. But, the sour/savory taste of blue cheese is incomparable, so, Imma go with blue cheese. 5.) Growing up in Alaska, I tend to love seafood A LOT but I can't choose over an oyster or sushi. I'd rather eat both. 6.) COME ON PEOPLE broccoli or cilantro is a HARD choice because broccoli no matter how it's cooked (or raw) tastes delicious, but cilantro makes everything taste better and it doesn't taste like soap to me. So I'd have to go with broccoli. 7.) Egg salad all the way. I can't get enough of eggs. Poached, sunny-side, boiled, DELICIOUS! And If I weren't having mac and cheese right now, I'd eat eggs. 8.) Peas are DELICIOUS, sweet, goodness. Peas all the way. 9.) Olives are amazing. Olives all the way. 10.) Both. Caviar? ( Seafood crave kicks in.) steak? 100%savory. I love most foods 🙂
1:22 lol I've bitten into a whole raw onion before (for this street challenge at work... Yeah my job is a weird workplace! Ik) and I used to go to school with a girl who would bring a whole bell pepper/capsicum to school and eat it for lunch like it was an apple! 🍎. I've actually tried both and would definitely choose the pepper. It's actually delicious!
Australian Translation: Beetroot vs. Brussel Sprouts, Mayo vs. Tomato Sauce, Onion vs. Capsicum, Cottage Cheese vs. Blue Cheese, Broccoli vs. Coriander, The rest are the same names
It has to do with the region they're from and genes people from the Caucasus mountains, the U.S., Europeans, Central Asia don't eat cilantro it also doesn't grown naturally in those regions. While the Caribbean, Central American, South America, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia don't have a problem with cilantro and makes up a lot of the dishes.
