Some songs simply get it right....songs that make you realize there's more importance in family, friends, good-times.

my friend and I are on a road trip and this is one of the songs he played. I knew that right then and there he has such a good taste in music.

Life is about the moment. Not the past nor the future.

First time hearing this song was in the movie "I'll See You In My Dreams" 2015. Lovely song! ❤

Every time I find myself moving too fast i always sit and listen to this song. Then I am still, if only for a moment. I actually cried when I heard it live. I was standing there, in a sea of people. Embracing my father. Tears of pure joy rolling down my face. Blue and green lights shining over head. It was perfect.

I was born and raised in a small village, raised as a nomad until the age of 6. After that, I've lived in big cities throughout my whole life(excluding college). I always find myself attracted back to Nature's Beauty and Quiet Places. It's as if time doesn't exist and I can get lost in the moment with either myself or the people that are most important to me. City life is fun and all with it's radiant lights, but everyone looks so busy and rarely stops to enjoy the small little things in life.

This song makes me wanna lay with someone special and just play this song on repeat.

A friend sent me this. Here we are in 2020. The World is amid Corona Virus/COVID-19 pandemic. Unchartered territory for most of us. The World is still, with quarantines and required "stay at home" orders. This song hits home, right now. Being still, and realizing how much love, understanding, family, and true friendship matters. I was coding. Deep in a developer's trance. Spotify was playing in the background. I probably hadn't heard a single note in over an hour. Then 1:27 happened. I'm not a stupid man. I recognize fourteen seconds of heaven when I hear it. The whole song is fantastic, but those fourteen seconds are sublime. And I thank them for that.

This is why I keep coming back to indie rock/folk. The fact that it sounds good to my ears, obviously, but also the very real, grounded, introspected themes and messages. Musical catharsis and/or meditation. A hard thing to find in most other genres.

This is my new favorite song. I listen to it over and over and never tire. Thank you!

This was my wedding song. The lyrics were absolutely prophetic as the marriage ended shortly afterwards. I still love this song and especially love this band. They make beautiful music.

The corona ad brought me here....I have to say I prefer the corona ad to this music video although this is certainly an interesting video.....but the corona ad especially the ending when they are on the beach goes so well with the chorus....very catchy.

I offend wonder why does the music today suck so bad, then i realize that the music today don`t really suck it`s just the music they play on the radio sucks. The songs that are in the commercial the for some reason gets no airplay are the great songs of this era.

Saw them last night in Mesa, AZ with Kings of Leon and Band of Horses........ simply an amazing show!!

The intro is great, For those, who have woken up to a dog staring you in the face. You know he/she loves you more then anything, but they really need to pee, and you are just to damn tired or its to cold to want to get out of bed. But yet you do, even if just to let them out on their own to do their business. The real meaning of the song is much deeper, but the intro always gets me. Although, as my dog gets older he gets lazier then me at times. I have to wake him up to go for walkies sometimes... Besides I think the gal singing in this video has a sexy singing voice...

Going to see them in Berkeley this coming Saturday. I can't wait!!! Love their music!
