I live in Huntsville, Al. I was in ALDI looking at a few of your recommended products. A young man came up and was looking at same product. I mentioned your Utube and he said that was why he was looking at the same products. He was about 28 and I am a 70 year old women.....you are helping us all. Thanks
With Bragg's, it is actually the father and daughter; she followed in her father's footsteps. My wife is a CNA, she took care of the Daughter Bragg. Nice lady, professional. Never married or had children. Drank her own product (Bragg ACV) every single day.
I'm learning so much, I love this channel! Do you plan expanding to all aspects of healthy living? Ex. Cookware, Cleaning products etc.? I would love that. Your channels are so educational, thank you for your hard work!
Whole Foods should be welcoming you as an influencer!!! You get me into my local WFs regularly. You are always educating others and I for one totally appreciate you guys.
YUP! I am a far better educated Egg Buyer after watching Bobby. I only do PASTURE RAISED now! It's worth giving up some "junk food" treat to afford them.
Bobby! You talked about kefir being good for your gut, love that! Can you do a video on fermented foods that are good for the gut and made from quality ingredients?
Seriously, buying farmed salmon (which i thought I would never do!) has been a game changer for me! I always over cooked the wild, meatier salmon. Thank you so much for giving us that tip about where to buy the right farmed salmon!!!
So glad to see a grocer wise up and let you do your thing which only benefits them in the end. 🤓 I'd love to see you guys go on the road and visit some sustainable responsible farms so folks can see "how the sausage is made". Keep up the great work!
I really like the GT's cocoyo vanilla yogurt … it's really good with fresh fruit. Added bonus is you can re-use the jars since they're glass. Perfect for making chia pudding! :)
I love Vital Farms Organic Pasture Raised eggs.💙 The only eggs I've been buying for awhile now. Huge difference in taste compared to really cheap, caged eggs.
Thank you so much Bobby and Alex. I’m visiting my son in college this Thursday and he’s very particular in what he intakes. My son is a straight out another Bobby who prefers healthy organic food. I’m definitely getting him all the things you suggested in the video today
Really enjoying all of your grocery shopping tips and seeing all of my local stores (I’m a fellow Chicagoan and northsider!). It’d be awesome to have a video about restaurants that offer food with clean ingredients and best options to order there!
I love Rao's sauces too. I ate at the one in Vegas a few years ago. Sooooo good! I'm going to give the primal kitchen a try 😁 ......Sprouts has a great bulk spice section too 😁
@@joesmith-em2cd I looked at Sprouts today but did not find them. I did see the no dairy Alfredo sauce on Amazon - I may give it a try just to try it even though I am not vegetarian.
I'm soooo glad Rao's is clean and Bobby approved! I never thought I'd find a jarred marinara that came anywhere close to being as good as homemade until I tried Rao's about 3 years ago. Now you won't find my fridge or pantry without it! ❤
😳 OMG!!! That bread for 9.99 is way to much to pay 💰- Karen Berg (Dr. Berg’s) wife has a recipe for the healthiest Keto bread AND it’s ssssoooooooo easy to make... Karen’s recipe is the best one I’ve tried...😉
Bobby can you please do a grocery haul at Whole Foods for ketogenic diet only? It gets confusing when you combine both ☹️..bought your book for keto - LOVE IT 💗💗💗!!!
Your videos are THE BEST!! I have learned so much and am not wasting money purchasing items to "try" them or to find out when I get home that they aren't the best ingredients. I started watching your videos when you were talking about protein powders. Love the Four Sigmatic protein!! Thank you for all the the time you spend on these videos and the research beforehand (you too Art!) :)
I get home delivery from whole foods every month through amazon. I can't get to my local store so it all comes to me. I love this store now that it isn't so expensive. Love the videos, bobby and art.
Not only do your videos help me eat better, this one just saved me money. I only eat the Vital Farms Organic Pasture-Raised eggs and when I watched this video and you noted they were on sale, I went and purchased a few dozen for 5.39 each!
Don't count on WFM rotating its bulk spices (or dried fruit) that often. Rat-infested in their Glover Park DC location. I like pre-packaged/sealed for safety/hygiene reasons.
Hi Bobby, I have a one year old baby and I can’t find any quality healthy snacks to feed her. What are you giving Rose? Can you make a video on infant and toddler foods plz?
I’m from Chicago and I love this channel especially after getting my gallbladder removed eating cleaner has become a big part of my life lately. He’s so in detail and entertaining I love it and he’s from Chicago!
I love your store hauls..if it’s not to much trouble can you put a list of Bobby Approved items in your description box or at the end of the videos just as a recap...
You totally just validated me by saying "Bobby did not tell you to get". PS. My 13 and 14 year old have had enough of you lol lol thank you for doing what you guys do.
Buy coconut meat online from Copra. Put it in a high speed blender with vanilla, lemon, and a tiny amount of juice from raspberries. Tastes exactly like the Cocoyo but way cheaper !
Im lactose and i Always go for the dairy free stuff. I love how they have more options these days. But i can handle cheese. But straight up milk products gets me really sick 😷😫 love these whole food videos
Bobby I’m so happy I found your channel! You’ve been a godsend! I just recently got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis so your videos have been helping me SO MUCH!! Is there any way that you can do a video on the food do’s and don’ts for people with IBD?
Thank you guys my food choices are so different. I'm now eating healthier. Honestly before my sprouts trip on saturdays I watch your videos. And yes I love kefir.
Bobby I just recently found you and love how passionate you are about eating healthy. Can you make a video about protein powders or substitutes for them that might be a better option. Keep having fun in the stores and don't get kicked out! :)
I don't like Raos as well. Overrated. I buy Wholesome Pantry (organic store brand from Shop Rite) or Nature's Promise (organic store brand from Hannaford and Stop&Shop) Both are like $3-3.50. Also Trader Joe's organic one is really good.
Another great video. You are a wealth of information. As far as pasture-raised eggs, here in Florida, Walmart and the Walmart Neighborhood Market both have pasture-raised eggs. Thank goodness!
I looked for the plant based spread he suggested when at Sprouts yesterday and a medium sized tub was over 7.00. I looked because I am trying to not buy products with palm oil. Well I just can't afford that price. I found another that has no palm oil but has some of the oils he doesn't like as much but that's the best I can do. Some of us are "normal" and can't pay some of those prices. I'd love to buy all organic and grass fed and so on. I do the best I can but I can't pay 10.00 a pound for hamburger. I still learn a lot from his and do the best I can.
I’ve been drinking kefir for years. Even as a kid ( I’m 59). There was a heath food store on the corner by my house in SF and was in there almost every day. We always said “ Kee - Fur”.
You guys are so careful/mindful when it’s time for grocery.....pls make video about bread. Occasionally I get bread from whole food fresh baking section. I also buy Dave’s killer bread. I eat bread every single day but after getting more knowledge about carbs & proteins I want to get healthier bread. There are so many options on market right now. So pls help me out finding good bread though it has to be good in taste 😊. Thanks really appreciate for sharing your knowledge about food & health.
I have the Amazon Fire Stick...I can only subscribe & not like or leave comment...(that I know of)...so at neighbors commenting on her tablet...just know...I LOVE you...I'm a granny regaining my health after serious accident...I appreciate you...😊
Kefir or kephir (/kəˈfɪər/ kə-FEER) In Poland - where it's a super popular item (I think we are the second largest producer of kefir, after Russia) - on the other hand, we pronounce it kEfir, with the stress/accent on the 1st syllable :) Depending on the region it can be: kephir, kiaphur, kefer, knapon, kepi, kippi, kefīrs, keefir, kewra, talai, mudu kekiya, milkkefir or búlgaros :D You are welcome Bobby :D ;)
Great video, but I have a kid that's highly allergic to all tree nuts. And most of the items you mentioned in this video have tree nuts😐maybe do a video with nut free items thanks!
wow, I think I might have to start shopping at Whole Foods again, now that I know what to buy HEALTHY, Whole Foods, Thank you for letting him advise me, otherwise I wouldn't go to that store. Also Flav family, I bought your cookbook. I'll be trying the recipes, thanks, time to go through all your video's, and make grocery lists.
Berna Raganit oh there’s a Whole Foods where I live but they don’t have the stuff that Bobby shows or I see on other videos. I would love to try that coco yo brand of yoghurt just to see what it’s like but my Whole Foods doesn’t have it. The same goes for other ingredients that Whole Foods either does not have or they decided to take the product off the shelf.
We get vital farms pasture raised eggs at Walmart all the time. They have the lowest price unless they show up at Publix on sale. Publix has a section called GreenWise that they used to separate out from all the regular groceries and now it’s distributed throughout the store so things are harder to find.
@@valivida995 It originated in the Caucasus mountains in North Ossetia, the Northern area of the Caucasus Mountains, in the former Soviet Union. It was there that the Ossetians, descended from the nomadic Scythians who settled in the area, first fermented milk kefir in leather bags.
@McDuck we're talking historical source references here not present day "practices" :D The Scythian culture (a group of ancient tribes of nomadic warriors who originally lived in what is now southern Siberia. Their culture flourished from around 900 BC to around 200 BC, by which time they had extended their influence all over Central Asia) was largely erased by immigrations and invasions of Huns, Altaic peoples such as Avars and Pechenegs, and finally the Slavs. Any trace of their breed of steppe nomadism has been further erased by the urbanisation of the post-industrial revolution modern era. Linguistically, the only modern surviving daughter language of the Scythian language continuum is Ossetian, spoken in parts of Georgia, Turkey, and Russia. However, Scythian was an Iranian language, so one could consider the modern Iranian languages (Pashto, Kurdish, etc.) to be fairly closely related
Please do a review on the healthiest canned seafood options, including taste-reviews for those looking to venture into this arena (fishiness level, flavor, texture, etc). Thank you!
Bobby I wish you would go to Meijer food store; they have quite a bit of items you approve of and at great prices too. For instance the Bragg ACV drinks are 2.79 !! Also Jewel has quite a bit too. Both less expensive than Whole Foods and Mariano’s!
