The Heist 

Hey everyone, I'm really surprised this many people decided to watch my thesis film. Thanks so much! I've been reading the comments, and even though I can't reply to all of them, I want to respond to some of them here! 1. If you liked the music, the link is in the description! My buddy Barry (@nostoppingepoch) composed my film and I can't thank him enough for it! 2. I animated in Animate CC (Flash) and I made my layouts in Photoshop. 3. I agree, I wish I was at CN too! 4. The green guy is a bean, but I enjoy people calling him a butt. 5. I had to search up what "Glob" was, and you are not wrong. Super similar. 6. Water T will be in the sequel. The most impressive part of this that it was made in animate CC. Like damn all my respect for that

I was about to comment, "poor red, tried so hard and still got arrested." But that ending was awesome

The irony of this art style is that there’s no straight lines even though they’re supposed to be perfect shapes

I was thinking like a mini series called “blockheads” which feature the same characters. The main theme of the series is the stupid criminals doing stupid things

This needs to have it's own show

It’s been 5 years… I’ve been sitting in my room waiting and hoping the second episode comes out soon. Sadly there does not seem to be any hope. What a world that we live in that doesn’t let good ideas get finished. This causes me large quantities of grief. Anyways, enough of my being over dramatic. Amazing animation. Quality story. Deserves more episodes. Their crew is very interesting

that was absolutely spectacular!! the animation is just so well-done and even though I only knew the characters for 5 minutes, their personalities shone through and oh it's just so pleasant to watch :))

I love how Red's always like; *-_-* Literally such a mood

I miss my phase where I would watch these kinds of animations all day.

This would be the absolute perfect pilot for a CN show. If this ever did turn this into a real show, I hope they keep the original cast because they did fricking amazing. (Bean dude did the best lol)

Amazing work man. The posing, colour, pacing and design were all so good. (and the soundtrack was lovely)

You can kinda tell from the beginning that it was red telling the story, since the sky and background is red, similar to when yellow is telling their plan, everything goes yellow.

That was smart the street name is called "The Hei" and as all streets ends with. st so it results into "The Heist" frick that was smart

I need this in a full show, I have been looking for this exact animation for over 3 years now and I have finally found it .

I seriously like the design amd comcept of Red, I just wish she spoke in her other emotions to fully realize her unique design.
