An utter masterpiece. I will see you guys at the top, I have absolutely no doubt, not even one. The only thing that will stop you from getting there is if you quit, so just don't do it. just as a fun exercise, here's my why: I want to bring cultures together, and show that despite our perceived differences, we're all actually pretty much the same. the advice about getting a side job is real. the second I finally got a side job, ive been able to relax and understand that I have time to develop and make it. Now I'm not pressured. something difficult but necessary that has helped me from burnout and dejection, is gratitude for the things I have now. I believe in a higher power, and when I see little glimmers of things going my way, be it a nice comment form someone, advice from a creator friend, a good opportunity thrown my way, its like G-d is telling me that he's getting me there slowly, just be patient. Can't wait to shake your hands at the streamies. love you guys.

I’ve been a subscriber for a while. You produce quality content. It surprises me that you don’t have 1 mil yet. If this video doesn’t do it, I have no idea what will. So congrats in advance, I think you’ve done it. Title this video “this is the video that’s getting us 1 mil subscribers”. This is also my third year on the Tube. I haven’t posted as much recently. Through some weird youtube algorithm magic I landed on your channel, not searching for anything in particular, but I got the greatest surprise in a while! :) I rarely comment on anything, but consume an enormous amount of video & podcast content in an effort to find a way to put my voice out there in a meaningful way some time in the future. First of all, I just want to thank you for how much effort you put in the quality of your videos, it really stands out & I notice it immediately in every video I watched (about 5-6 to be fair). Secondly, but for me most important: your intention at any time is clear. It is just about honesty, learning, sharing experiences and figuring out a way to better your own & every others life through shared wisdom. Thank you for being a good influence in a tumultuous time of confusion. If you had any influence on the "influencer" or youtube market at all, just be sure you inspired me to manifest some of my plans. And I will follow every video you put out from now on.

great video, y'all! very well-told and crafted! yeah, after a while you sort of realize that "making it" cannot be your only barometer of happiness, otherwise you can crumble quick I've been making YT vids since like 2009/10 after watching channels like Smosh, Wong Fu, and Ryan Higa. and I'm SOOO glad I didn't "Make it" then. Mostly because I was 13/14 and it might've ruined me to have that level of popularity so young but it also forced me to hone my craft in front of a smaller group who genuinely care. I've had to tell myself "It's also okay to take a 'hiatus' or break from it" I'm currently a video editor at a local publication making shortform vertical content. It's not necessarily my "end goal" but why would I want my "end" to be in my late 20s? It's not a "dream job" but I don't typically dream of labour. I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. I can shut off at EOD and do other things. Don't get me wrong, I still feel comparison fatigue and some pains about not "making it fast enough" but ehhhhh...... I'm working my way back to making my own RU-vid videos after my 3rd hiatus over 13ish years and I'm still cool with not "making it" this time around. Making videos about things I'm interested in, with people I respect, and for people who watch is the thing I enjoy. If I do that, I kinda already "made it"

Following up on you guys from the start, I just realized watching this video, that maybe the purpose of "dare to be happy" got lost somewhere along the way.. Meaning, that what you did, didn't necessarily make you feel happy or complete or satisfied! There was always something missing!! Like you point out in this video, get back to the core of this journey, redefine your purposes and wants, but mostly prioritize mental health, as it's what keeping us running daily!! Petition to turn this video into an obligated checkpoint/trailer to watch when people create a new RU-vid channel! 😉 You guys allowed me to first experience/have a glimpse of what RU-vid creation feels like behind the scenes and, even in a position where I was simply a character and not the creator in that experience, I remember to have felt some self-pressure as well and recall witnessing how the process of making those videos alongside all your other goals impacted you. But at the same time, you showed to be highly passionate and professional in the way you approached and handled everything. It felt like being alongside close friends by the end of it because of the way I could trust you
