In my opinion district courts pass orders on merit and there is no value for face value before trial courts. The judgements will be delivered on merit inspite of heavy work pressure.

Mera case me SDM dwara spot enquiry ka aadesh March 2023 ko hua lekin SPORT ENQUIRY JUN.2024tak dono party ke samakchh nahi hua or nahi to dated 23/9/23 ke ek report mera file me lagwa diya gaya jiski jankari mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad Dec.2023 ko diye ab usi report ke upper dono wadi pratiwadi ke wakil har date par aarop pratyarop ka daur chala kar court ka bahumulya samay barbaad karke case ko lamba tan rahe hai

Mera case me spot enquiry aadesh SDM COURT dwara 1sal pahle hua Lekin dono party ke samne spot enquiry 1sal baad bhi nahi hua or na mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad dono party ke samne spot enquiry karwane me koi interest dikha rahe hai pahle to 6sal baad court me date attend karne ke liye 2nd party ko notice bhejwaye jub notice mila to agle date pe written petition dekar court attend karna chalu kiya uska copy mera wakil uska copy dena to dur dikhan bhi nahi chah rahe hai

Ab isme chamar kahan se aa gya.... Sc log sc/st act ka galat istemal karte hai... Brahmano ke pass to koi law nhi unko koi puchta B nahi aajkal.. Itna bura hota hai unke sath sc/st logo ke pass to apna act hai kisi ko b ander karwa skte ho n karwate b hai
