Gotta get out of the run away mentality when running garlic and bible, stay aggressive and move through groups to cascade your xp quicker, you waste a ton of bible uptime by staying away from enemies instead of hitting them with it.

If you dont have the magnet, gathering exp by walking over each bit takes a lot longer and is less efficient. You're on a timer, remember. And frequently there's a horde in the way, so you CAN'T, in fact, just "walk over it"

I legit almost died from choking on my (very crisp and juicy) apple slice when NL died with 16 seconds to the end.

Funny how he talked about big laundry encouraging washcloths, while talking about using laundry detergent pods. Those things are designed to encourage excess use and cost more per wash compared to liquid detergent. Same with dishwasher pods.

Try lathering the exact same amount of soap into a loofa as you put into your hands... You end up with 10 times as much suds and cleaning power in the loofa. You would have to buy 10 bottles of body wash for ever 1 bottle + loofa to get the same cleaning power.

A minute into the video and I'm already losing my mind. He knows the garlic one taps bats but he's still waiting for the whip to kill. I can't wait for when he avoids the bat swarms and has something pog like level 8 rune tracer in skeleton swarm phase but isn't following the runs cleaving a path of destruction and is instead talking about how shmoove he is using his whip to only run north between small gaps.

As a mechanic I can assure you I require a washcloth to get clean after work

1. Santa water is awesome when it's max level and you have area and duration upgrades. 2. Washcloth provides exfoliating benefits, and easier to to clean than a loofah. You'd be surprised how much dead skin is just sitting on top.

I live with incredibly hard water so there's physically no way to properly lather soap to form bubbles without using a cloth as a form of abrasion

The wash cloth has a rougher texture, so it help to get grime up in addition to being a vehicle to distribute soap. Your hands are relatively smooth, so don’t assist to much in scrubbing. My 2 cents.

I am unironically a big actractorb fan. Running Imelda with full greed, crown, mask (picked up as seventh passive) and magnet has been netting me 9k+ in hyper library

Last year I "retired" my loofah sponge when I found a pair of gloves that basically do the same but feel way better. Just put them on and clean away like you'd do with your hands

Attractorb makes getting experience in the late game much more feasible, since you can pick up almost all the XP on the screen with the expanded radius. This is extremely helpful by then, since your movement is heavily restricted by the sheer number of enemies. Garlic is also top tier since it damages EVERYTHING near you, and is even more goated with candelabrador and an upgraded bible

The wash cloth is a cultural thing for the most part. I don't know any black people myself included who don't use wash cloths. It is better to clean your body with and they invented these things that are amazing for when the wash cloth gets dirty after a couple uses. They're called washing machines. Idk about other cultures much but the only people I've heard become befuddled by wash cloths are white folks. Fwiw Edit: This is one of the few blindspots I've seen EggLord have. The washcloth is better at removing dead skin, oils and other such refuse.

I got my first win with the garlic + king bible combo, evolved it eventually. I was a glorious maelstrom of death. Plus evolved my other weapons early, because of the huge amounts of XP i got early game due to that combo

I use wash cloths because I use a lot less soap in the shower, it holds the lather much longer then my hand. My wife suggested it after I made the same argument NL did, she was very right, I use way more soap in the shower with just my hands. Also a luffa wasn't invented, it is a kind of cucumber Luffa aegyptiaca.

I know he probably barely reads the comments but damn is he missing the point with the wash cloth. How are you removing any dead skin with just your hands and soap? unless there's small crystals in the soap then there's zero scrubbing power there. So you use a wash cloth to get some friction going to scrub off the dead skin then you throw it in the washing machine. You don't need "all these wash cloths" you need 1 (one). maybe a few more if you don't do laundry after every single shower. To say wash cloths are a ploy to get you to use more laundry soap is just dumb. it's such a small piece of cloth, you don't even need to change the amount of soap you use. you could add 3 or 4 wash cloths to your ordinary laundry load with your usual amount of soap and I guarantee you won't see a difference in your ordinary laundry between the wash cloth load and the non-wash cloth load. I guess this is less for NL and more for anyone else who blindly agrees with him, because I gotta say, NL definitely has it all a lot more figured out than I do in a majority of departments 😂

Love this game huge thanks for introducing it to us all. I would be extremely surprised if NL actually reads this but if he does a few tips: -When using King Bible, Bracers synergise extremely well. If you have 100% uptime on King Bible either before or after the evolution, it becomes a more powerful garlic. -Runetracer is disgustingly powerful, so much so I think it needs a nerf. It synergises very well with everything. Projectiles, Area, Speed, Duration, everything. -Try to focus on abilities that work well with your character. Most of them don't matter but for instance, Porta, going all the abilities that scale with Area is quite beneficial. New update just dropped January 21st with new items! Excited to see them in action.

I wanted a garlic Bible build so bad! Glad he was forced to recognize. Now he just needs to learn to pick up the xp instead of walking in a straight line. Walk spiral outward and stay within one or two of the dirt-path grid squares. It's like a "we have library at home". BTW I've never played this game, only watched it here 😁

My wife and I were greatly amused by your rant on hand towels. I was in agreement but she pointed out you likely don't take off makeup at night. As for the game you really need to stop taking Pulm. It's absolutely trash tier and does nothing. Would have won that level with anything good. I used Poe on Library to farm coins. For the first 2 tiers of monsters you can literally just walk over them with almost no fear and get ahead in levels b/c of Garlic's early game power - but don't bother taking it past level 2 unless it's your only good option. You want to get upgraded Bible/Axes/Fire Wand in that order plus pickup range (when farming coins). You can then literally walk down the center of the map holding down 1 key the entire rest of the game, kill everything, and pickup range will grab everything. Axes are particularly good here b/c you can create a wall of spinning death in front of you that you can follow. When you have both points in the movements speed passive from the shop you and the axes move at the same speed and they never despawn. Everything that doesn't die to the wall of axes dies to bibles/wand. While farming coins I usually ended up level 100-130 each game. If you are farming coins keep an eye out for stone mask which is easy to find laying in one of the top alcoves on that map.

So I need to ask this - is anyone else having issues with the gem color? To me sometimes they look all green, sometimes blue and green. Im losing my mind about this over here. Help.

In a hyper forest win i got, Heaven Sword did 9k dps for 10 min, 5.3 million damage. Best weapon in game (vespers did 2.6k dps 2.1m damage 13 min, death spiral 2.7k dps 3.3m in 19 min, wand 1.9k dps 1.3m in 11 min)
