Great Advice!!, Its not just about financial engineering but all the other work we do knowledge of tech is must, Simply in todays world if you want to excell you have to specialized in particular field & add tech into it. Being a CA i can justify it & Even in field like Audit tech knowledge is required.
I was thinking ki agar finance line mai mujhko jaana hi h to mujhe pehle short term courses karne chahiye like 1. NCFM investment analysis and portfolio management 2. NISM Series 15 Research Analyst Certification 3. NISM Series 8 Equity Derivates Certification And Excel and tally bhi sikha hua h mene Phir ab data analyst and financial modeling sikhna chahta hu Also I am a bcom graduate now To financial analyst ya engineering will be a good option for me
@@thunderheart2947 Hey, honestly you're only person who'll have the answer to this question, since it's about interests. The courses you mentioned will definitely get you a job as a financial analyst, but if you want to aim for higher salary then financial engineering would be a great option to consider.

Ishaan hats of man, you really do come up with topics that amaze me. Will surely explore this field but your guidance always helps. So, I am currently a first year bcom hons student at DU, have a little background in python from 11th and 12th. Will it be a right decision to jump into tech + finance right now considering time management as I'm gonna pursue CFA in the second year?
I am Commerce Graduate having one year experience in Accounting and Finance now working in EY GDS in External Audit what can I do further for good opportunities rather than pursuing regular MBA and apart from CFA and FRM
