Milk Chocolate is definitely the best one because White Chocolate tastes too sweet and sugary and dark chocolate tastes too bitter while milk chocolate tastes PERFECT !

well if cacao is mixed with sugar milk and other chemicals then yes you'll get diabetes but dark pure chocolate is the opposite and it's super healthy
