100% the bad thing is you’ll have to pick a side and/or go by candidate/candidate basis some of their morals align with yours some don’t and that sways some people based off their beliefs
This is true by nature of a multi-party system but I’m going with what’s best for communities and the country in general. In this case a party hell bent on destroying the country versus one trying to save it and championing the American people. I don’t need to trust everything 100% as long as I trust them enough to do a job well done and protect our national interests. Democrats are responsible for the most evil shit I have seen: slavery by a large margin, KKK, Planned Parenthood, BLM, Antifa, transitioning kids, etc….. The biggest fault of the Conservative Party imo is letting them get away with it for too long and not being involved enough in the culture of young people to combat their wicked ways. Anyone can have policy faults and that’s why we need to choose policy over identity politics and word salad.

I used to love them back in the day and then I kinda stopped watching RU-vid and carried on with life. Last year my mom was like.. “oh I love the hodgetwins” my mom is a 60 year old conservative white lady. I was like huh?!?!? I’m thinking there’s no way that my mom is watching these two bustin all kinds of NUTZ!!! Turns out they became political, I love it 😂
I owe a lot to these twins. Over 10 years ago a video pops up on RU-vid, and it's these 2, giving lifting advice, and at the end I shat myself when they said the "do w.e the FUCK you wanna do". It motivated me to go to the gym. I went to the gym, met my wife there, had 2 kids and together today. Without that video, and getting into these guys, my life would be completely different.

Man I remember watching these dudes wild out on camera reading emails about SWEET WALLS! hahaha. If you think logically you quickly find out that both parties are almost identical. They may market themselves differently but their actions are almost identical. There’s so much gridlock in the system that it doesn’t matter who the president is (except for the Supreme Court). There are bigger factors out there that matter more than what party has power.

We need both, liberal wants free thinking, new idea, which is a driving force, either for good, or for good. Conservative uses existing wisdom and knowledge to expanding and structuring those new ideas. We need both. The billionaire business owners who publicly state that they are democrats understand that it is bad PR to be Republican, and in many cases, it could actually be dangerous to acknowledge publicly that one is a Republican. The heads of big companies must proclaim loyalty to the dems regardless of what their true feelings are. Either that, or just keep quiet about politics. Look how the entire media and public sentiment turned against Elon Musk for daring to suggest that he would vote Republican in 2022.

a large % of modern Black American men have been raised by single mothers with little to no exposure to positive male role models. If youre raised by a woman or women (female school teachers) more then likely youre going to be more emotional as a grown up. If we were all told the truth then most of us would find ourselves on the same side of things. But we are fed different types of information that manipulates our views that caters to which ever parties agenda we're getting that information from
1 - The ability to become a billionaire is independent of one's abilities/insights elsewhere. Which is why some billionaires (e.g., Gates, Buffet, Bezos) vote Dem and some (e.g., Musk, Thiel, future PBD) vote Republican. 2 - Individuals have their various motivations and often know full well what they are doing. Some (Dem billionaires) align themselves with "big government" (Socialist Dems) because it puts a greater barrier between themselves and the competition. So while they may lack the insight to understand their support for Dems (and complicit RINOs) ultimately erodes the sinews of the nation, they are not necessarily stupid people but entirely self-serving. These are my thoughts with regard to PBD's question.
I have no dog in the race for American politics but the Hodgetwins did an excellent job of articulating the difference between the parties. Trump exacerbated the division between the left and the right. People who were somewhat on the fence about politics found more reasons to be a Democrat once Trump took office. Which is why Biden was elected.
The rich people don't see a difference in the country because they live in places like Martha's Vinyard. A lot of these type of areas still look like they did decades and decades ago. I mean you go to these areas and they are majority white to the point it's more white than the country has ever been. This is why they don't see the difference. And they don't think they will ever have to deal with the consequences of the policies they vote for whether they realize it or not.
Not the libertarian wing of the Republican party. That populist movement is currently reforming the Republican party. Progressives tried and failed to do it in the Democratic party. That's why both establishment powers are trying to suppres MAGA candidates.
Let's buy into this premise. Then the hodge twins make a good point that there's is much to be gained by having a bit more belief in oneself but we don't live in a vacuum and it's quite difficult to really gauge how well an individual can affect reality around him without veering into delusional territory.
Even when i was white liberal……internally i always thought how wonderful it would be if more blacks became republicans (why, because it would make the right change). Ironically i have woken up and now it doesnt matter. I want people to vote on policies not ideologies. We are being played by both parties to question ideas and not actual facts and policies (not conservative, still independent….though i hate woke liberals #1, religiouslysouthern conservative #2)
Everything in life is circular. A billionaire to some degree depends on the stupidity of the masses to earn their billions. Any billionaire knows that if everyone in the country were self sufficient is Amish, there would be no billionaires. So it benefits a billionaire to push ideas that encourage dependency on corporations and consumerism.

That's because you're looking at it wrong. Try looking at it as movement, or factions within the parties. Right now the populist/libertarian wing of the Republican party is trying to reform it. I support this cause. The left turned and failed which is why Pelosi and Biden are in power. While the Bush, McCain, Romney are losing.
Billionaires gravitate to the democratic party because the DP is the party of power; everything they do is to gain and maintain power. Power appeals to the rich. The GOP (in general) does not view power as an end, but rather a tool for achieving freedom. This is the fundamental split in American politics.
