@LiveLaughCastSpells As an actress and singer ( celebrity) Vanessa comes to LA frequently. Although young adults now, Lily and Jack did attend a private school in LA. She and Johnny are still friends so I am sure she and the children come to visit often.

He bought this almost 10 years ago. It’s not part of his real estate portfolio since he bought it for Vanessa and their children. So he isn’t going to be able to sell this even if he wanted to.

@Gods Child Yes, Vanessa lives in France with her husband Sam but also in LA so that the children can be near their father. I'm thinking being her husband is a film producer and Vanessa is an actor/singer herself, she would probably live in or around LA as well. He is not selling the homes on the cul due sac (Sweetzer). In court his childhood friend Issac Baruch said he lives in one of Johnny's properties on Sweetzer. Johnny sold the penthouses and told Issac he would never have to worry about where to live as he could reside in one of the Swetzer homes. His sister Christie also lives in one of the houses.

His former business manager embezzled a lot of money as well and failed to file Johnny's taxes for multiple years. I think they settled out of court.

AH's original demand for divorce settlement, was that JD pay all her living expenses throughout her life [the term is "pendente vivis", if I recall correctly the term used in her initial demand] - PLUS - Wait for it - she wanted Apartments 1, 3 and 5 in the Eastern Columbia Building. Plus, the divorce process automatically awards her half of JD's earnings during the time she was married to him (everyone seems focused on the $7 million, but JD's Accountant, Edward White, he testified that she got half of JD's earnings - - and AH demanded she be paid that money net of tax - so after he paid tax on that income (at about 50%) and handed her the 50% of original earnings figure, he ended up with net zero from all the earnings he had during their marriage. So - - where I am going with all this - JD may have had very good reasons for selling the Penthouses double-quick time. What Amber was after, was all the wealth and trappings of his life - including the Penthouses, but without him in his life anymore. She just wanted everything - except him. (I guess she wanted to hang onto him too, but he wasn't having it.) Cannot believe her neck, going after the Penthouses - after just 15 months of marriage.

I loved that house! 😊 That series was excellent, with an authentic L.A. vibe.

But there are times when 'Paradise', means for us, "our personal idea of Heaven". 'Eden', we use less often. Probably mostly if we are talking about a landscape, or a natural setting. 'Paradise', as I said, describes our personal idea, or dream of what Heaven might be. In Paradise, is everything we dream to find, all good things. Heaven, it sounds fine, but we have a less clear / less formulated [certain] sense of what it might be like. Thank you so much for posting in both French and in English, Dominique. I doubt Johnny would be keen to get involved in another relationship right now... Amber nearly destroyed his life.. I would think he is happy playing in his band painting and doing more film and acting work.. I would hope his friends keep him happy and safe from toxic women for a while. If this is confirmed, it is certain that he marries as soon as the lady is divorced. All the work he has done on him, the freedom regained, he will not enjoy it for long. At first he will put all this in a closet to please her, and then he will miss it and there the conflicts will begin. 1 year, 1 year and a half and it starts again. I hope he will make a marriage contract otherwise it will be half of his fortune.He despairs me. In reality his joy on stage was not the freedom regained but he was already in love, this idiot. He is really not cured and will never heal. With Vanessa he could be himself and do everything he loved and share it in addition. He needs a girl who is like him. Musician, artist, cool, pretty and nice to love and share. Too bad for him to have suddenly fallen for a physique like AH, and as for the physique of the lawyer. If he really dates with this girl. I won’t be witness of disaster.

I do agree. Johnny has stated under court oath that he has given up illegal drug use. He still smokes, uses marijuana and drinks wine.

I think he only sold his penthouse. He tried to sell his home in France but I don’t know if it was ever sold. So he still lives on Sweetzer.

In a recent article, lilyrose says she's staying at her mother's place in LA with her brother while filming her HBO show. And that she is usually based in New York
