@@rossmasters8625 Woughton School (now MK College Innovation and Technology Centre, I believe). Really small hall, packed out and crowds outside - worst kept secret ever
its amazing the energy Iron Maiden puts into every gig and its cool that they havent forgotten how to have fun its what makes them unique. UP THE IRONS!
Wow - I went to this gig (at the Pitz in Milton Keynes) but had no idea there was any footage of it. Still got a Holy Smokers t-shirt they did for the gig. I also managed to see another Maiden warm up gig, the one they did as Charlotte and The Harlots in 1988 for Donnington at Queen Mary College in London. It was easy enough to get into both gigs in those pre-internet days - you'd spot a small advert in Kerrang in the Maiden typeface and physically turn up at the venue to buy a ticket
this was in 1990 so the bands been around for quite a while when this was filmed. They were famous during this, they just changes the name of the band for this "Secret-gig" so that they wouldent attract alot of attention.
Oh yes, I remember that, I hardly think it's still bothering him after all these years. I hope it's not a permanant injury. I personally think he's adjusted his singing like Geddy Lee did because of the long tours. Geddy Lee says he sings more, rather then screams more like the early days.
Anyone ever notice how Bruce and Steve fight for the center stage? You can see what lead up to them fighting and Bruce leading... thought it was interesting
Bruce's voice is fine now, he sings more then ever, and he paces his voice for an entire tour and not just one show. If you blow your voice in 3 shows, you can't sing and you'll lose days on your tour. does that sound smart to you? Bruce knows about singing, you don't
well not persay theyre good but not the best because if they where the best and constant on mtv we wouldnt get the chance to see anything else but maiden wich isnt really the best.
