@@classicalfox8247 Imagine other space Marines with their own traits. Salamanders are stronger with flamers, melta guns, but slower for their weight. Blood Angels would have the Red Thirst and the catch that if you can't keep it down, you succumb to it, thinking everyone is Horus, etc

I wish Totalbicuit was alive to see how popular WH40K has become. Through his "WTF is... Space Marine?" video, he and many others introduced me to the franchise. RIP.

It has settings that allow you to make the game look older, which is nice, since this is basically like the old DOOM/Duke Nukem games, but 40k.

@@izzydarkhart4144 I'de say that Dawn of War is a pretty solid overall series minus Dawn of War III. The issue is many Warhammer games have an issue keeping any form of player base or the mechanics are just worse versions of better games. That being said I do generally enjoy most Warhammer games I play.

@@JamesSouls3 Easily TotK and I barely played BotW to know the sequel would be insanely popular. Even if no one heard of the Zelda series before BotW, which I doubt, almost everyone I know that played Animal Crossing, also played BotW because it was all on the Switch. It garnered a massive following and the sequel is just a better version of the game, so yeah, TotK most definitely is GOTY.

The screen when you're picking the difficulty just screams character selection. Imagine playing as a melee focused space wolf, a grey Knight that can cast spells, a blood angel that goes stupidly fast with a jump pack. I would love for this to have multiplayer

Wolf guard: Melee attacks have a damage increase and hp drops upon melee kill. Grey knight: grenade is turned into a smite that locks-on to a single target but has a reduced blast radius, deamons receive x2 damage, player receive less damage from warp based attacks. Emperor's champion: Only equipped with a black sword and a bolt pistol (smaller magazine boltgun) melee damage does x3 damage and contempt refills over time to a max of 100 over 20 seconds
