It’s amazing how you described exactly what I’ve been going through. The narcissist had the nerve to come to my house (I park my car in front) and left little gifts on my car windshield 3 times! It’s hard to describe the disgusting pain in my stomach when I saw it! But I won’t play his game! Nope!

You are so right, Andrew, my ex narc tried to hoover a several time by stoking me around my house and work place, but after getting me education and removing all flying monkeys from my life, I am getting stronger and stronger, thanks to dedicated people like you, I saw his real face and its real devil! I get exactly what you are describing Andrew and one word - Pathetic isn't it! The Narc I was dealing with in the workplace used pathetic tactics to get me back in the good books, hoover or whatever they wanted from me. Once we have the education and our blinders are off, it really is sad to see the tactics. At least we see it for what it is now. Thanks for your videos they are all excellent.

Yes, he tried to hoover me by sending me a letter, which I returned unopened. It's almost 9 mos now and I guess he still wants to hang on. Let him go be with his new supply. I am moving forward and feeling so much better. I wish he would just leave me alone. I will never go back.

When you realise the relationship was doomed from the start and was never going to last, it takes away some of the time wasted on thinking 'what if I'd done this or that'. i am probably at the sweet spot where the rumination and anger have transitioned into still ruminating but more into analyzing or studying the cases, i hope the rumination can easily ease up even more so i can focus on the present and be more happier. thanks andrew. been watching ur posts almost everyday now lol.

Andrew this is an excellent video.👍✨🙌👏 I experienced each one of these Hoover attempts over the past two weeks. Each time made me stronger and more confident in my abilities to keep them away. The key is to give them zero supply. Eventually they will give up and realize it's a lost cause. Once you know their playbook you see through it all and keep swatting them away like the annoying bugs they are. Stay strong, keep moving forward and don't worry about the narc. They can't stand to see you happy which is truly too bad for them. They had their chance and blew it. Those days are over and we will NEVER go back to them no matter what! 🙏🕊️💪✨💛☘️

My discard was a month ago. A week later his dad tried to get me to talk to him. I changed my number before the narc could respond because I went gray Rock for one week before I went NC to ask him to get rid of my personal stuff. It was so pathetic. Almost 3 weeks no contact now. I've had to block and delete so many accs from the internet to protect myself (I've been heavily stalked before even when I discarded him twice a year ago). They are so annoying as if their discard wasn't enough they drive the knife deeper. This week I got an alert there was a hack attempt of an account set up for deletion, it was odd...Just like Andrew says, triple check your accounts. I'm not scared just peaceful and mindful Instead of fear. Be strong, God Bless all of the tribe 💜🙏🌟💪

Yes, I've found notes, to call him, to unblock him.... but NO MORE!! I continue to get educated and I'm staying strong....I gave him too many passes before I realized he was an evil, narc!!

In the beginning, I wanted a hoover. But after doing loads of research and consuming hours of videos, I realize, I do NOT want a hoover. It’s only been 2 months since the break up, so if I ever get one, I will be better prepared. I’m well on the healing path, not looking backward. If I never hear from or see the narcissist again, it will be a huge BLESSING!

Glad you're at a point you can laugh at the behaviour. I've reached that recently too, as it really is so absurd it's funny when you can see it for what it is. Obviously there's a serious element to it though, and it's more terrifying when you have no idea what's going on and haven't yet got to grips with what's happening. The way it affects people also is horrible. I just hope all get to the point they can see the funny (absurd) side of it.

They can still try to hoover when they have a new supply. My ex tried recently and we separated 8yrs ago and have been divorced for 4yrs! Don’t fall for it remember to see it for what it is ❤️

First of all what a beautiful full moon tonight ! A major breakthrough for me today ! For most of you who might recognize me on this channel it has been very agonizing, was with narcissist for eight years have been apart for five months . I’m going to make this short . Ex narc again tried to Hoover me to use my land for gardening . Once he realized it is not going to happen he said the most god awful things, so ugly and I realized then that he really does not have a soul he was just trying to use me again wanting to make a friendship when he actually hates me ! And yes I can honestly say his possession of me was exercised out . There will not be no contact, nothing, I feel nothing and see only the ugliness of him . Yes I am free I feel it in my bones now .. I wasn’t yet strong enough but today he he sure sped up the process ! My final act I removed all pictures out of my phone of him .. i’m so grateful for this channel and you Andrew and the tribe . I’m listening and learning and thank you all for your support ! We will survive !!!

Still working my way through my grief and it's been a very difficult couple of weeks to say the least. I've changed my routine to minimise the chances of bumping into anyone he knows, including him. I used to be predictable by the clock but not anymore. I know at some point we will be in the same circles sometime in the future, due to family arrangements.....with our daughter and new grandchild.....but hopefully I will be much stronger by then. I was at a point where I filed for divorce, had a job, and was even talking to another person. This is when he came at me HARD with ALL the future faking, all the eye openers he’d never seen before, all the ‘sorry’s’, he would even go hiking with me daily! Once he thought I was back in his grasp all the old ways came flooding back FULL force. Unfortunately, I’m beginning to rebuild myself again… these videos are invaluable. Thank you.

This comes right on time. Thank you Andrew. This week I was about to feel indifferent about the narcissist. And guess what.. She contacted a friend of mine and asked him how I am doing.. I exposed her at Christmas last year and then she discarded me and ghosted me since.

Andrew, first and foremost I need to say thank you. I had heard the term narcissist but didn't know what it was until I left my 6 year relationship with him. I will leave out the ugly details, but it was a living hell. It was such a trauma I knew that I needed help to get through it. My finances/savings were now depleted, and the cost of counseling or therepy left it out of the question. I was too ashamed and embarrassed to go to my friends, I was basically on my own. Just by chance I saw you on a pop up on RU-vid and began watching. It's been 7 months, no contact, and I'm doing well. It was you who helped me to navigate through this nightmare I never thought even existed, and for that I can't thank you enough. You have been a blessing.

I personally have to emphasize education. For me, I had a narc mom and surrounded by them my entire life but not until I was able to put it all together on utube helped and did it for me so that I could connect the dots and understand. What an expensive lesson for me

Andrew .. thank you for your knowledge .. so you are 💯 as soon as I started feeling more energy and that I am able to let go and not live in the past .. after 15 months of intense work .. did a program , journaled , mediated , got the knowledge , worked through the rumination , watched videos, read books … I got hovered by one of his sisters .. I did not respond . As I took an oath to myself that I will never abandon myself again .. self partner .. self love .. I am grateful & blessed to have the knowledge

I will admit I do miss the narc sometimes.. and I think it's ok to be like that but I always think it through and remember that the thing that I miss was all fake and a lie and sure there may have been good times but they do not outweigh the bad.

I've ensured that the most recent narc can't find or hoover me. Not that he'd want to because he can't face the truth that I've given him about himself. It's too dangerous. He's long gone by now and will not be back. He's afraid, and rightly so. My resolve is stern and he knows it. He wasn't my first bronco ride at the narc rodeo.

I got a Hoover by Proxy last year. At that time not realising what had happened. A flying monkey had the audacity to come into my work and present me with a box from the ex Husband/Narc containing stuff i had unintentionally left in the marital home My instinctive reaction was "oh that was thoughtful of him" Bringing myself back to the reality of the situation which was years of emotional abuse from his adult children, him not supporting me, Infidelity, flying monkeys who were friends we would go on holidays with now isolating me and his family turning their back on me the small gesture meant nothing. Thank you Andrew for this video because unless you have been subjected to such Vile behaviour you have no clue how this can effect your mental health.

I'm lucky - my narc lives 4,400 miles away and we had no common friends who communicated back and forth with either one of us. My only social media is Facebook and I have always treated that entity like "big brother" so I post nothing but cartoons or interesting tidbits so no one would get anything out of "spying" on me.

You are amazing Andrew. It was a God send finding you. I was with the narc 30mos... Nov. 19, 2021 was the last and final time I let him tell me to get out. I blocked him for good Feb.11, 2022. When he told me he was working on himself and didn't want any other women in his life but yet I find out he's already seeing someone else. Of course he is, he had them lined up before he told me to get out for the 34th or 35th time. Yes, I was that stupid to keep going back. I know I shouldn't but I still beat myself up to this day. I saw the red flags but I ignored him. Since blocking him February 11th, last month, he has called, left many voicemails, calling me the narcissist, the sociopath, hypocrite, liar. I work late at night often by myself,he left two voicemails last Wednesday evening, one of them being, lose my number, don't call me, if I see him out in public go the other direction. Which I have done all of these things. As he's leaving this voicemail last Wednesday, he's right outside my job, how disturbing is that? 1:10 in the morning,he's outside at my job.. all the businesses in my plaza are closed at that time. It's a very quiet neighborhood. He has no business here.. so I thought bingo, I have him on camera, I have the date, the time, bingo I can finally get a restraining order... Nope, they denied it yesterday, even given the history that I have with him, arrested for domestic violence, broke my wrist, they denied the restraining order... I guess somebody's going to have to find him on top of me choking me to death and finishing the job next time, then maybe I can get help.

One of my narcs would call me in the middle of the night because he thought I wouldn’t be awake enough to fight back…he’s the one that comes around out of no where, every few years. The Hoover is more apparent each time so I’m grateful for that knowledge

What I am practicing with the ex narc as I share custody of 2 boys... Is that whenever I interact with him for serious issues I feel myself as a narc. I mean I feel nothing I react to nothing. I mimic the cold empathy he has.. And in this way he never hoovers he respects my boundaries and he only gets an attention which is fake. I have studied acting... That is why I can be a narc for 1 hour and then go back to myself. Guys I know this sounds crazy. Andrew I know it is not totally healthy for me but it is the only pattern I found to stay in my sanity after each encounter with the narc. I love you and your channel.
