Whenever I hear about a game based on analog horror, a part of me is very skeptical because not many analog horror creators tend to get down the accuracy and authenticity of the analog format. That said, while the va is varied in quality and the videos are kinda meh, I do enjoy watching others play this game and reading the descriptions of all the listed hazards.

I feel like one flaw you didnt touch on is the voice acting. Cause most of the voices are pretty good, but there's some that *really* kill the whole vibe of some of the calls. like, I remember getting the call from the father who witnessed something kidnap his baby, and he was talking about seeing his infant daughter being strangled and pulled down into the dirt by some unknown monster as if he was recounting a crazy story that happened earlier that day. no distraught tone, no being on the verge of tears, not even a hint of being shocked at what he just saw. just "i just saw an alien space craft and im excitedly trying to convince you it really happened" energy. and then i was whiplashed by the next caller having a 10/10 performance, having all the grief and distress and fear that the last caller shouldve had.

*disclaimer: theatre major* Some of the voice acting is incredible, but then other performances lack enthusiasm. There was one (might be the one you were describing) where something bad happened and a guy was like “Uh, oh no. I’m sooooo scared” and I was like dude wtf

Most of the anomalies being rather non threatening reminds me of their first game- Night Signal. Many of the signals were at best an annoyance, only like... four being an actual life threatening hazard (I mainly think off the fkin TEEETH BROADCAST)

in all honestly i think the game gets easier the more entries you get. since more of the calls you get now are for outlandish nightmares, they're less mundane and easier to tell apart from eachother. on the earlier days a weird sound in the walls coul be carpenter ants, but what if it's termites? but on the later days, it's kinda hard to misremember which creature just stares at people through the window while they sleep.

Hey Gomo, i just want to apologize for something i did to you a couple years ago. In 2020 me and another dude on reddit created a "joke" subreddit sexualizing your character and you aswell. I was in my edgy phase at only 12 years old and should probably not be using reddit, and worst, i know the subreddit reached you. I wont't use age as an excuse, but i do think that i just didnt know any better and thought you would take it as a joke. Only recently i realized how much that must have made you upset and how stupid it was of me.
