Been telling people this since last year. They had injuries last season which is the only reason they didn't make the playoffs. Now subscribing. Go Rockets!
I'm not sure I agree.....we will have to see if jalen green is what he was for 30 games last year without senguin or if he is what he was the yr before.
Man I'm excited for them to get on the court. I've seen enough to be a believer in their potential. Hopefully the front office can keep as many as them together as possible. Great video.
Appreciated your work and content as always. The Houston rockets are coming and I like Rafael stone has built this prospective roster for the future in Houston. Hire ume idoka as the head Coach
Jabari Smith has really high potential, but he's trending towards role player. A very very good role player, but he was drafted for his potential. It's not necessarily a bad thing, and he has once again gotten bigger during the offseason. It really depends on Jalen Green, he has to play well enough to regain the "best on the team" title or he'll be the key piece in a big trade.
Yea i think role player is fine for Jabari if that means 18,10 and 2 blocks with 39% on 3s. Plus he switches 4 and 5. That’s the exact player you need on a title team
He should be the starting center in my opinion as he fits more with the personnel as far as shooting and spacing. Sengun and Adams kill spacing and cant shoot.
@@KyouOneZillaI see Steven Adams being a locker room guy. Hasn’t played in a year and after his career with all the ankle and knee injuries his legs might be mashed potatoes by now tbh. Also jock has been killing it since post all star break and even in the Olympics. (Take it with a grain of salt since jock is like Jalen and usually only plays well after the break)
We’re starting this year with so many advantages over last year. Not a new system, year 2 Cam and Amen that know their role already, Reeds floor spacing, healthy Tari, Adams, Jalen more consistent (hopefully). The sky is the limit I won’t be surprised with a top 4 seed
Rocket still will be a mediocre team this year, they aren’t making the playin tournament. Memphis, kings, warriors, lakers, all the teams that were on the bottom half of the bracket will be better or the same and the rockets are just buns. Watched 4 rockets game live last year and literally it was terrible offense and not free flowing, just a my turn your turn basketball. This team is a joke till they trade jaylen green for a nice developed player. Reed is amazing tho, sengun is nice, the problem here is green. He’s too busy smashing on bbl bandits that got smashed by the 2000’s nba stars. That dude mindset is complete shit
I'm excited to see a train crash. If they don't figure their shit out. I guess they have until February but at that point I don't know how much Moxie they'll have. Your Stars with rotation. I'd be looking to get deals done. Preseason, move players etc etc. And it's for the best of the players and it's for the best of the league and it's for the best of the rockets you know. If I was in Houston Management team, I'd be looking at salary cap who we can move. What packages we can put together who we can approach. Who do we want? Etc etc
They have so much young talent. It's they need to put a package together to either trade or get a superstar. They can't play everybody. It needs to be done preseason. Otherwise it's just going to be a fucking train crash. They have to and if they don't well what they're going to finish 5th at best in the in the west that's not winning. Sengun is on a prove it contract. Everybody else is just cannon fodder. They need to put together packages. They could go after the joker, perhaps maybe. Giannis, idk. What do I look like in NBA manager no. But the reality is the reality. They have too much young talent they can't play them all. This is n't by committee. Treat them or play them. A lot of them have guaranteed money. Think it's theoretically sit out. They have so much raw exposure to the sit out. It's crazy. They need to fucking figure that out quickly in a hurry. Oh my back's just not feeling really good today. Translation I don't want to play for you. Houston is in the best worst position ever. They need to put packages together, approach other teams and try to get it done. Something? Anything? You can't play them all. Amen, Jalen etc If I was them I don't know what I would do. You have to show up to work everyday. Do your job. But yeah you have somebody in front of you. Somebody in front of that they have on vet contracts. I can't imagine that locker room isn't highly toxic. Then they draft Reed which nobody can hate everybody's just like God. Damn it! Fuck he's all right. I guess fuck me. I can't even hate him. I don't even understand what the fuck's going on. What the fuck is it? What is he? Where did it come from? Should I be mad? It's probably an improper response. Or maybe should I take something? Everything I can learn perhaps? Fuck God. Damn it. I actually would like to see Houston trade reed please please trade him so he can play somewhere. For the love of God. Can you trade the veterans? I guess not. I mean like you're kind of fucked there. I guess maybe you can. Houston either makes big plays preseason or they don't otherwise, I think it's going to be a absolute trash can. By committee buy bullshit okay
Imo Rockets have an exciting core but not mature enough for a playoffs spot this season. Sengun would be out majority of the season and Green might get traded.
@@backyardbuckets829 He didn't play any games since getting injured in March. I believe his ankle is the more severe part but also found bone bruises in his knee. Couldn't find an actual timeline, but looks like it won't be major injury that holds him out for long. He might return sooner than I thought but hopefully he goes back to full form soon. P.S.: I grabbed him in fantasy last year so hope he can do good again!
I think they could be as high as 6th. If Jalen Green starts the season strong. I'm very bullish on the Clips, Memphis, and GS this season and believe at least 2 of those teams miss the play-in completely. And yeah, Sengun would have been available for the playoffs last year, dude is super flexible which helps him from getting seriously injured.
Okc are better ad they have an mvp candidate. Orlando are not. Switch Orlando and Houston to the other conference and the results will be the same. The east is just easier to make the playoffs.
