Terraria is 32-bit (doesn't mean it has to be a 32-bit integer limit but I'm just assuming it is), that would be a 1/2,147,483,647 chance of happening. If someone gets the seed without typing it in and not going after it, they should just go do something luck based.

The seed is actually not just one seed, and it just generates a random world with unique properties if you put in the seed. So, it’s impossible to get a world like this without that seed in the game.

it happens when you generate both evils in one world, happened with the mod that spawned both. every altar probably checks which evil is your world to spawn, so since there's 2, each altar have like 50/50 chance of turning into one or the other.
