the importance of aloneness 

so this video was not really planned … i just thought now was a good time to talk about the importance of spending time alone, since this summer i’m spending a lot of time being independent etc
i thought it would be interesting to give my take on why becoming it’s vital to be comfortable spending time with just yourself, whether it’s with your own thoughts, or even taking yourself out on a date !
so yeah… a lot of my own identity searching consisting of this kind of thing, so i would really recommended adding this as a priority just as you would with spending time with friends and family - it’s just as important
