No slopes going in/out of the train trench? Same issues with traffic on roundabouts/exists/lane merging as CS:1? Random u-turns on nodes? And the road issue with the port? What? Geez this game is broken.

Actually you have to double check the ships outside connections. The game places the dot at the edge of the map when you click but you actually need to click the double arrow (make sure the arrow is highlighted). Sometimes you can't click it from viewing it above... you have to come down close to the water level and look at the arrows to click. Another one of CS2 wonderful issues.

Check all of the approaches to the new bridge to make sure the vehicles can access and they are not in the wrong direction. That might explain why people are only using the one side.

also, your trains are backing up because you have a single track going into the terminal. If you double it up, it will stop congestion on the main tracks

For the cargo harbor, make sure your shipping lanes are close enough to it. It gets a bit funky with turns. The first unloading crane works cuz it's still close, the second one doesnt becase the lane is too far. Move it close so the ships can actually go close enough to it.

After industrial stuff maybe do sth about tourism - you could build a lot of unique buildings because a lot of them gives around 100-125 tourism points, if I can call it like that, it's a lot. From one ferry (I have two terminals around the city, with "only" - compared to you - 125k citizens) I get around 500 people every time

Neither does the game, considering the way the car AI works. He definitely wouldn't need all those lanes if cars didn't stop to make 3 point turns everytime they need to switch lanes.

At this point I think the tourism situation is just unsolvable. The city sucks to much for anyone financially able to leave not do so. Maybe just do a tourist trap and separate it from the rest of the city like you did in the second series.

may I make a suggestion? if you want public transportation right, look how they do it in Israeli cities. you are only 1 bus and 5 min walk away from anywhere within a city, at most you'll have to catch another bus. i'd suggest making multiple bus stops even on the same street.
