Honestly I respect the guy for being honest! The only thing is... He could have massaged it better to emphasize his respect for the type of storytelling. Saying something like, he's trying to be straight, but you know, stories of life and death and showing loyalty to your homies, blah blah blah, are timeless and something everyone can relate to. I mean, do we really want to support actual sadistic killers, or petty killers with a fragile ego and itchy trigger finger?
