Dude... Allo has much faster ambush speed than Cera. If a Cera gets behind you, best to do is get ur ambush speed up and disengage. Cera doesn't do as much bleed as Allo does, and Allo also heals bleed faster. Trade some bites than disengage with ambush speed. And let the Cera bleed. Or even better: always have your ambush speed prepared and attack the Cera with ambush speed, bite it, than disengage with ambush speed still up. Don't stop to bite it more than once. Try to get 2 bites on it with one attack, but make sure not to lose ur ambush speed.

There is a way to destroy sucho in an alt turn server , it is quite easy actually , just trade and double bite , then heal , and repeat that till the sucho dies, this works because the allies’s heal is that OP

The Allo has unlimited Stam (unless it was fixed) by tapping the sprint button every time your foot hits the ground you’ll use almost no stamina. When playing allo I switch my sprint to my right mouse click and I can cross v3 without going under 75% stamina unless I want to

Definitely subscribing. I watched the Dibble combat/survival guide. Really helped. Now I have a full adult Allo and I'm good at being bait so pack mates can ambush but I'm not the best fighter on Allo.

12:43 getting away from dilos utahs or ceratos that are riding your tail is possible if you have full hp , you just need to prepare your ambush, run away , turn back and hope for the best

It is possible to get behind a trike. Hard and risky unless you're very familiar with Allo and trike hit box.

Allos are pretty strong in Legacy. You actually can solo ceras on non alt turn severs. You just need to abuse its ambush. Start the fight with ambush, and get as close as you can before using it. Use it at the last minute, then run away far enough to get it back. You may tank a few hits while regain ambush, no worries. Rinse and repeat until its dead, even if Cera gets in ambush as well. Or you can just go for the two bites and bleed it out. The same tactic can be used against many of the mid tier dinos, but you are going for bleed only. Then you abuse the Allo`s heal to repeat the process. I`ve had it work against Dibbles as well. Just try to trade only once, get a double bite, and heal it off. I would not use this tactic in a 1 v 1 against Sub Gigas, an underrated dino. Good Arcos are also a no go. They can take on packs of Allos, from time to time. I see Acro as a speedy & weaker Apex. Alberto is really hard, as you are pretty much dead if you can`t keep your distance and ambush up. Alberto also regens Stamina & health really slowly too. They don`t heal bleed too well, either. Something to keep in mind.

btw there is a trick with allo and that is... lets say ur fighting a sucho and u db and heal off the bleed but still wanna to make sucho bleed more and heal hp as soon as u get a heal tick, count to 60 or close to that, then go and sit again and u will heal the same amount if u were sitting that whole minute. that is becuz u heal bleed, hp and bonebreak every 60 seconds (ur ping may change that number so i count to 45 or 40 to have enough time to ambush away and sit down) 4:44 if a rex sprints, make sure to stay way back of its legs and not full sprinting but just tapping shift 8:53 u should NEVER EVER try to ride a sucho as an allo, instead do double bites, disengage, heal up to full hp with trick i just said, and repeat very doable even in alt-turn server and if u use this same strat with dibble, u can win 11:08 as an allo, u want to get hit with that kick to allow u to get those bites in, and u should NEVER do this without ur ambush, after that if para chases its gonna die, if it sits down, u should too in order to heal up and tank another kick (also do the trick i just told u if para sits down) 11:22 if allo is good, ceras will never ever win even in no alt-turn servers 11:44 allo has a bad turn and thats why its ambush is very long and fast, if cera on ur tail, there is no way to shake them unless u crouch, tanking the bites, getting ambush and running away and u should have enough time to bite it once it comes close, get ambush again and run away 13:30 utah needs 8 bites to bleed out a standing allo, and if its on ur tail, u shouldnt just turn with z-walk only, make tiny sprints and z-walks take as difficult as possible for them not to make a mistake, and if u get them while they are riding u, keep running left and right to keep them running and not getting bit and they will flop, allos ambush can catch utahs 14:41 allos ambush is just 0.1 slower than maia sprint so u can ride them and get 4 bites which is enough to bleed them out, as long as they dont brake check u, ur good to go the vid was still rlly fun to watch

bro you should watch sticky utah if you want to rly learn how to play allo, its gonna give you a much better idea of the strenghts and weaknesses of this particular dino and how to approach pvp with it

Honestly allo might be the most fun and strong carnivore because of the stats it’s damage is average it’s speed is good and the turn is not that good but for apexes it can out turn and the fact that u 2 shot Utah’s is crazy just don’t get tail rides by Utah’s and you’ll be fine the thing for most servers does not allow tail ride which is amazing so yeah that gives a good chance for allo to take out some utahs but dilo is an exeption because the bleed but anything else it can dominate even trikes and theri

Mrdbear forgot to mention that a allo will take 2x the bleed damage while running yet it heal is the advantage it has. I main a cerato and a good allo player is my biggest problem. All they gotta do is land 1 or 2 bites run away and u have no chance to kill it cause ceras bleed resist is awfull

i main allo so another tip even sticky knows this haha if u get 6 bites on rex u are good just keep him close and be carfulle he wil be dead if u keep him standing but not 100% sure so then if he lays down bit him if u can doubel bit him to keep the bleed going and dont ride the tail tip be a littel bit closer to right leg i hope this wil help allo players gl

Me watching in 2022 knowing full well my laptop cant handle the isle

its sad that in my 2 years of playing the isle I've never seen allo as a good dino i only tried it 10 times and managed to grow it to full adult 3 times

My main server prohibits butt riding during combat, requiring the player to "peel off" after three bites from the back to make it a more even fight. With this in mind, which dinos do you think the allo would be able to take down most efficiently?

10:17 I have to disagree on that it's really easy for Allos to 1v1 Parasaurs , personally Paras are my favorite prey. You just need to get 1-2 bites , run away , heal to max hp if you got hit and do it again.

Note a maia CAN assride an allo and kill it solo. I've found myself on both sides of that situation.

Just got the game. Can't get past baby stage. I'm too small to kill anything, and AI almost never spawns. Always die from hunger. How do u survive when your a juvenile?

Allo vs para is super easy. All the allo has to do is crouch in front of it and keep biting and tank as many hits as possible, then ambush away and either bleed it out, or abuse allos stupid heal and sit off the damage then repeat.

Alt turn? Wtf?

The apex is almost impossible to beat by anything that is not in this game. Hit boxes is completely busted, Occasionally an attack from left side will hit all the way around to the other side. I was hunting a rex with 6 dilo and 3 of us die with footage that we were like 180 degree behind the rex. Trike is not the only one with stupid hit boxes I think every dino have this build in to the game in some degree. The dev are too fucking lazy to fix it
