I’m a 2000s kid that just started watching Fresh Prince & other 90s sitcoms in her 20s and I was SO enamored by Tatyana Ali’s Ashley, she was such a great black role model that I would’ve looked up to as a young girl had I knew her.
She looked fantastic wearing short plaid pleated skirts with thigh high socks. All the girls at my high school wore baggy jeans low on their hips back then to copy Ashley's fashion.

Ashley's fashion has always been my favorite on the show it's 90s style, but she had her own unique style like you stated and she had some of the best looks on tv and her makeup and hair was always on point. Ashley Banks will forever be the it girl
