It’s odd they have so much grace for Jordan and Summer’s bad behavior- but Jasmine has actually been apologetic when confronted and it seems they are determined not to like her. She really seems to have an agreeable disposition, unlike everybody else in the house, aside from Alex, Nick, Noelle and Amir. All the others have been temperamental.

These comments past the vibe check ❤ It was shocking to see how quickly most of them turned on Jasmine. And her "bestie" (Jordan) talked about her like a dog earlier this season. I hope Jasmine sees that the viewers see through the BS. When I realized Preston NEVER calls out Jordan's bad behavior, I knew what time it was. Jasmine deserves better friends. Despite some of her annoying moments last season, that she already apologized for and corrected, she seems like a genuine friend. I hope she actually finds a tribe that gives her love, support and GRACE when needed.

A person can't claim to not have really known you and then say you've changed as a friend! Just say you don't like her and move on! I’ve heard Preston on multiple interviews give the same answer about Jasmine that they felt she changed, but hasn’t given concrete examples on how she drastically changed. I wonder if the examples will be given at the reunion. Jasmine seems to genuinely like the girls, so I don’t understand their beef with her.

The ONLY reason I believe Preston has an issue with Jasmine is because Jordan told him something Jasmine probably shared in confidence. And he can't say it because it would expose Jordan. I believe Jordan is capable of that because she texted Nick the picture that Summer texted her of Alex and I don't like that it was never addressed. Jordan is miserable and messy and wants to sabotage Jasmine just because she wants to be the face of the show.

I think it’s completely and totally unfair to expect a married woman to be the same person you knew her to be when she was single. Granted I don’t know Jazmine pre-marriage so she might just be pretty fake idk but something just feels completely unfair. Jazmine just needs to find some friends with husbands and children, because her single friends can no longer be her friends now that she has a family. They clearly don’t like her like that. Jasmine came off like marriage was the end all be all that everyone aspires to be/have, when that is not always the case for everyone. She came off like she’s made it cause she’s married and everyone should join. Marriage is not the end all be all. Happiness, married or single should be the goal. Who’s jealous? Love Preston zownnnn, but whatever the issue is w/ Jasmine they need to just spit it out bc it comes across as if they are just mean to her and jumping on Jordan’s bandwagon. Preston is brutally honest w/ everyone else except Jordan. From the viewers perception, Jasmine does not deserve the way that she is being treated and intentionally being iced out. I'm confused...Jasmine excused Mariah to support Bria and her safety (though we can certainly see through that situation). If anything, wasn't Jasmine being a better friend to those inside the house?? And it seems like the Jamaica crew had a convo about whether to INVITE Jasmine, which is telling. Bc Jasmine had no clue until she saw the pictures. I'm not blaming Preston, but I think that the group made a concious, silent decision to exclude Jasmine. She has not done anything worse or more explosive than Summer, Jordan, Bria or Shanice.

I agree. They haven't given 1 valid reason. It's weird. I will say last season Jasmine was trying to force conversations and cajole Jordan into being interested in dating 1 of the guys in the house. The thing is, it could have been the producers prompting Jasmine to ask the questions and try and get entertainment, but we'll never know.

So you are in the middle not choosing sides but after being with Jasmine six times you are aware that she has changed. You are also sure of Phil’s character but you don’t have enough information to make a determination on Natalie’s comments. Your bias is showing because you make excuses for all the people you’re close with but not Jasmine, Phil, Alex, Silas, and Bria. We give grace to other people and not to the other black house members.

I like Preston but he is the one who switched up from S1 to S2. Jasmine seems pretty even keel. I didn’t like how she felt defined by marriage but when made aware, she was humble and apologetic.

It's obvious the ladies weren't real friends with Jasmine. Real friends understand there are outside pressures, stress and life changes that can make people act differently. Real friends offer support and tough love, if needed. They don't ice you out and get upset over buying IG followers.

This is what I said. The lack of understanding for Jasmine's life change is nonexistent. Even if she moved differently last year, she was going through a change and was figuring it out. Doing it on TV is another layer. She recognized her mistake. Where's the grace?

Yea. Idk it’s giving the girls weren’t her real friends. Jasmine did not do anything that a conversation could not have resolved. Regardless of how she acted on TV or after she got married it was up to her friends to say hey girl, you’re acting a little different. What’s going on? That did not happen and that is the problem you can’t expect your friend to correct herself if you do not have a conversation to tell them what is being done wrong.

After watching the second season and seeing interviews, some of the cast seem mean for no reason. Unless someone did something to intentionally hurt me, I would accept their apology and work on the friendship. Preston & Co think talking about Jasmine will make the audience also not like her. But I think we saw a person try to navigate new areas all at once. I hope she’s surrounded by positivity cuz these people seem to hate her for no reason.

Im gonna say this and then imma take it back..i feel that some gay men have internal bias towards the women that they would preferably date if they were straight. Jasmine isn’t his type of girl and Jordan is a conventionally pretty girl that a lot of gay men gravitate to, that’s why we see him deflecting and missing a lot of points and in a way it does play into the “accessory” stereotype that he wants to break. He calls Jordan his wife, no your her gay best friend

The problem I have with Preston and people that think this way. I'm friends with him not them. If you're friends with him then you're friends with their partner. Two Jordan is jealous of Jasmine, people forget they are stages. Stage number one your friends were the opposite sex stage number two you become boyfriend and girlfriend stage number three. You get engaged and stage number four. You get married and the things that you have done when you were single. You can't do those same things when you're married. So Jasmine cannot be the same person that she was when she was single. She can't move the same way that she was moving when she was single. She is a married woman and Jordan should understand that. And if she don't understand that then she's really not a friend

I enjoy Preston and all of his layers. He gives good tv and memes galore. Looking forward to learning more about him in upcoming seasons. With the whole Jasmine situation I saw someone trying to balance her new marriage with her old friendships in front of cameras. That’s a lot on its own without the cameras and taking on the weight of being what she thought she needed to be on tv. I wish her castmates gave her more grace to become more comfortable in her space and said whatever they needed to say to her instead of behind her back while excluding her.

And you bring dismissive of dark skin women is also nasty work smh Anyway, Jasmine was a bit annoying in season 1. Sure. Her AND even Silas apologized. But it wasn't a reason to lose real friends or be iced out. And Jasmine was chill af this season...doesn't matter, they still iced her out and STILL talking ish. Jasmine gives people too much grace, while they give her none. Jordan is one of the least likable on the cast, besides Bria. Except Jordan gets away with her bad behavior CONSTANTLY...at least Bria gets called out.

I definitely think Jasmine expects Preston to stand up for her because he is “close” with Silas and by extension Jasmine, and not because he’s “voice of reason”, I definitely don’t see him as that. Jasmine seems wonderful, didn’t like her much in season 1 but she’s very much grown in me this season to be one of my favs, she’s a wife and new mom so ofc she’d change.

I appreciate his comments on Amir and Natalie, but the Natalie’s of the world are not known for their introspection. I hope neither Amir nor Natalie returns for season 3.
