The Elastic Generation can See and Feel the "Redundancy" of the WT ORG (Cult) and the GB'S (8 Dude's in NY) it's no longer Refreshing more like a Stagnant and Confining Organisation !!!
This account resonates so like mine. It’s such a disappointment when we spend a lifetime believing the religion to be ‘the Truth’ it’s almost like grieving the death of a loved one. But there’s been too many changes ( new light), brainwashing and paedofile cover ups to continue believing. And the cruelty and shunning makes me not want to even try to return. It’s a great sadness and huge disappointment. I’m 68 now and this cult ruined my life from a young age, leaving many of us damaged and affected the lives of my children.
On June 30th, 3 days after Lett's infamous preaching, a 25 yr. old jw mother in Ecuador stabbed her 2-month-old baby to death bc she said she saw the Devil in him. Her husband said she saw Lette infamous speech on the police report. Had Lett preached, babies are a gift from "Jehovah," mothers should cherish their babies. I do believe the baby would be alive today.
My bilogical deeply indoctrinated sister, took her kids out of high school, schooled them with watchtower & awake mags. Her husband use to beat the hell out of them. I know she won't give up her jw cult no matter if Lett says, "babies are enemies of God, ' or Tony the drunk got busted for the approx. $900.00 on whisky or any of the gb's demonic deeds of gb's because if she would accept the Real Truth, she'd have a lot of forgiveness to beg for.
Thanks for sharing your story, it really brings the point I always try to make, children do not belong in the cult of Jehovah's Witness, as a young adult at 18, you can make the decision to go into an organization of your choice...stay well💞
I grew up with Stacey and remember her coming to the Kingdom Hall. She’s a cool person. My brother was in her wedding. Glad to see you healing ❤️🩹 sis.
What a fascinating interview! The problem with the JW organization is that there is such a limited view of what one can pursue. So great that Stacy found her affinity.
Hi Stacey, congratulations for being so positive. I admire that you are not out to talk negetively about other people or the congregation. This is about your journey. Wish most exjw can be honest to themselves and not be out to always treat the people who are still PIMI as if they dont know what they are doing. You are not influencing anybody, this is your honest opinion.

The love bombing was minimal in my situation. They were too jealous from the beginning to even pretend to love me. They just wanted to control me from day 1 !!
@@staceyw7918My pleasure. I never thought I would one day be on the outside looking in regarding the witnesses. But here I am. I love that you hold no animosity towards Witnesses. To me such a position makes little sense. I understand that probably more then a few people have suffered horribly at the hands of the organization, abuse victims are the first to come to my mind. I can understand how such ones would harbor hatred however.

You know no matter what The Holy Spirit is with some people and He leads guides and directs some of us. So I believe no one could direct you in another direction because He was already guiding you

I was a witness for 3 years I’ve seen the damage that this organization has done and has ruined people’s lives in one way or another. I got out before getting married and having children because I wasn’t raising them in this nonsense. After awhile the meetings were becoming so mundane and boring with the same old nonsense about living in the last days and Armageddon is right around the corner. It’s no wonder people fall a sleep during the meetings. 🥱😴
