Beautiful..we all should be proud of our combined heritage..usey koi mitaa nahi sakta😍.Thank you jugnu ji🙏 I am not an Indian citizen anymore..similarly we have so many Pakistani and Bangladeshi friends here...the fact is har koi milkar rahta hai as we all are back into the folds of a single nation😎Plus har koi desi kahlaata hai😍

You r so lucky...to have these heirloom pieces...from where I come from in north India...jewellery had a strong marathi influence...so my dadi's jewellery have typical marathi necklace called thushi ,.... along with a guluband and pauhchi

Lala Girdhari Lal Kapoor family migrated to Delhi from Lahore after partion of India.There family jwellery showroom is in Karol Bagh Delhi.

As children we accompanied our mother to Girdharilal and Sons jeweller in Connaught Place in Delhi. We used to get royal treatment because she knew them from Lahore. Jewelry for her wedding in 1944 in Lahore was made at his shop in Anarkali Bazaar. They were Sindhis and until 1976 we dealt with the son. Reena Nanda
