I am the acting Rabbi for my congregation, and nothing is more sad to me than the fact that we have congregant families that send their Jewish children to Catholic private schools. Are we so hooked on the idea of sending our children to private school that we should be willing to send them to a private Christian school? What is so wrong with public school that families would think it’s an acceptable option to send their children to a Christian private school? Who needs messianic Judaism when we seem to be doing the job for them ourselves?
Everything is wrong with the public schools these days though. Personally i homeschool my children as a B'nei Noach. The public schools are ripe with indoctrination. Even if you raise your children with great morals the public schools and other kids with no morals will ruin them. I've seen it time and time again.
I am a Jew who was sent to a Lutheran preschool, then public school. My family were survivors from Germany. They hid who they were with the exception of their name being Weinstein. I grew up secular but have become an Orthodox Jew over the last 5 years. I now know who I really am.
Feel free to always share your experiences. There are many videos from other Jewish video pages that are unfortunately trolled by Christian proselytizers. Please help those you see that are targeted and that may need your help on those videos.
I left Twistianity over 25 years ago myself. I combat these missionaries daily and thankfully this channel doesn't have near the amount of trolls as some other Jewish/B'nei Noach channels do. Yet i never go to Christian channels and troll them. Their own negativity will be their undoing.

Messianic Christianity promises forgiveness and a warm relationship with God through Jesus. All the intellectual proofs in the world against Christianity don't matter to some people. Just look at all the comments beneath the missionary videos, and you will see what is reaching people these days. They are emotional, not scriptural or even intellectual. Jews who already have a deep and satisfying connection with the God of Israel are not taken in by the missionaries.
Thank you Rabbi, the topics you covered are relevent to me just now, as i navigate between my Christian understanding of the Bible and hearing another perspective from Rabbi's on the Torah and how it appears totally opposite to what i have learned about Jesus as a child/adult. . The whole idea is just so weird. If you believe that Jesus is the messiah, then you're a Christian. There's nothing wrong with being Christian, so if that's what you are, then be proud of it - don't lie and say you're Jewish when you aren't. Imagine if I went around telling people "I'm a Christian, except for that part where I'm supposed to believe that Jesus was the son of God whose death on the cross and miraculous resurrection atones for all of the sins I've committed". Most people would probably think that I'm a bit daft - I might be a nice person, I might be harmless, but I would come across as fairly odd. And that's how "Jews for Jesus" look to the rest of us. What's next? Vegetarians for Veal? Atheists for God? Chickens for Colonel Sanders?

Apart from the missionaries work we do also have a big problem with the sekular politiker and nazists, militant muslims and the leftiest. The soloution is eduation eduation.
Here’s the ironic truth for me: I love Torah, love the Jewish people, notably Orthodox Jews, but I am a goy. I tell you all that to tell you this: I got into Messanic Judaism by way of an intermarried reformed Messanic Jew and it was exactly that which turned me towards Torah Truth and away from Christianity in all its forms! I am now on the path to conversion and praise Gd I was delivered from idolatry and lies.

When I was a little kid growing up in a Lutheran church I once declared I wanted to be "just like Jesus" and someone really said to me "then you'd have to be a Jew" ...jokes on them I go to the Mikveh in August 😂

Rabbi, I have a question for you. From the America's, do you pray to the globe east??? or the flat earth east like the Torah tells us, they are not the same. Look at a map of the flat earth and from the America's you will see that Jerusalem is 3 degree's east of north. From a Torah perspective east from North America faces nothing. G_d wants his people here to stop praying with their sides to HIS holy city and face it. See how much more responsive HE is to your prayers. LOOK at a flat earth map, see it, HE scolded me for this. Take man's view of the world off, and go with the Torah's view of the earth when praying.
