Ron, I really like the fact that you're cooking on well used (loved) Eggs - not some cooking show with brand new cookers and grates. Awesome Juicy Lucy cook! I like to cook mine with Taco seasoning in the meat and stuff them with Pepper Jack. Great video!

Hi John, that’s a great question, thanks so much for asking. Like my old coworker at the dealership, Noodles used to tell me, Sea Salt is usually much stronger than kosher salt.
