To date, no connection that I'm aware of was found beyond the Paines re: the TSBD job referred to Oswald. But one curious connection is that LBJ's personal assassin Malcolm Wallace who is believed to have been at the 6th Floor and fired upon the President had been employed by a subsidiary company of Byrd's, thus making the Byrd-TSBD-Wallace connection. Not to mention that Byrd and LBJ were good friends. For his part, Oswald inadvertently divulged to Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig that the light green Nash Rambler station wagon on Elm Street that Craig had witnessed Oswald run down across the grassy knoll and enter at the sound of a shrill whistle was owned by Ruth Paine.
At 13:28, this speaker says, "...the problem was you could not get from Main Street to the exit for the Trade Mart because it was blocked by large concrete barriers, so you had to go all the way to the far end of Houston Street, turn left on Elm, and come down." Not true. The "large concrete barrier" was a low curb west of the Triple Underpass, not a normal high curb as east of it. It was low and easily driven over. It was barrier for a citizen driver at any other time, but only by being illegal to drive over. It was not an impassable physical barrier. I was familiar, even before the assassination, with the need for a citizen driver like myself to get onto Elm Street in order to exit onto Stemmons Freeway. Driving west on Main Street, just after passing under the Triple Underpass, one could see the Stemmons Freeway exit off to the right, but could not legally drive over to it. But turning from Main Street to the Stemmons exit was not impossible for permitted drivers like the police or any car in a presidential motorcade. Researcher Walt Brown pointed out to me how negotiable the Main Street route would have been, and he was right. But there were a number of ways that the Secret Service violated its own rules that week. After describing all too briefly the "casket problems," the speaker says, "David Lifton, the primary researcher on the medical evidence, has been beating that drum for years. How do you explain the discrepancy of the caskets? There doesn't seem to be an easy or clear explanation of it." But yes, there is a clear explanation, even if not easy: that there WAS a conspiracy, a well crafted one. In fact, this is extremely clear, and the fiction is the official story promulgated in 1964 by the Warren Commission, which this speaker so much admires. The speaker presents Lee Oswald as "the assassin." In fact, however, Oswald did not shoot at anybody that day, just as he said, and was a patsy. He was atop the front steps of the Texas School Book Depository when the motorcade passed by, just as he told the police, and there is photographic proof, even as blurry as it is, of this fact. We have a collective psychological denial problem. There are no grand philosophical problems for this crime, except one, but it is indeed important, and concerns the simple truth. The issues are factual ones: this person here was at this time and did this, this other person was over there and did that. This person walked this route within a certain time span or could not have done so. There is photography and believable testimony. In short, there is forensics -- not wild-eyed, agenda-motivated distortions as we continually are told, but really credible evidence. It all points, not just to a conspiracy to commit the original crime, but a collective resistance to the truth for half a century, to the facts of the matter, because our government and media have bent over backwards so far in defence of the original fiction as to have made themselves absurd. Finally, I would remind Brother Owen that official stories are not always true. The OFFICIAL story of Jesus' resurrection, official for at least a couple of centuries, was that his disciples came during the night and stole away his body while the tomb's guards were asleep. The evangelist Matthew describes the conspiracy to promulgate this fiction in Matthew 27:62-66 and 28:11-15, so that one of the earliest "conspiracy theorists," daring to contradict an official story, was Saint Matthew two thousand years ago. As for the guards, "They took the money and did as they had been instructed; and this story was widely spread among the Jews and is to this day."
Good points. Indeed, we have a "lone gunman problem." Anyone paying attention to the basic facts at the time knew this was not the work of an isolated killer. The news media in Dallas knew it, and even such characters as assistant DA Bill Alexander and "key-eyewitness" Howard Brennan surmised it. The reason that assassination conspiracy has been the most popular position among adult Americans is that some form of conspiracy is required to explain the few verifiable facts of the case. In other words the Oswald/Lone Assassin narrative has no explanatory power.--it is effectively a politically convenient bumper sticker that combines $H^T HAPPENS and MOVE ON! The so-called "mountain of evidence" against Oswald is all suspect: many of the key items were either fabricated or wholly misrepresented. Therefore none of it can be trusted. The lone gunman narrative remains the extraordinary claim in search of extraordinary evidence. The burden of proof is still with those who defend the official narrative.

I’m 43:49 minutes in and it’s hard to watch-especially under a heading “A Philosophical Perspective” since no philosophical Principles are mentioned or utilized, at least so far and that’s 2/3 of the way in! But I just have to say that if he “really” thinks the Warren Commission’s findings are a wonderful work, then I feel sorry for his students who expect critical thinking from him! Let’s go on.... He admits himself, in slightly different words, that the generating of theories is rooted in the natural desire of Reason to challenge with other theories those explanations that are an offense to Reason itself! And while this observation is rare enough, he generalized this in such a way that it is not clear to his listeners that this demand to have answers that are not an offense to Reason is actually held in the minds of tens and even hundreds of thousands of ordinary citizens who don’t believe the official narratives and which, out of a decent respect to the opinions of mankind, demand to be heard and examined-not dismissed! Now those official narratives are not bad because those narratives conflict with each other, but because none of it alone or together makes any sense at all! And in any case, while "the measure of truth is consistency" is and always has been a sound Principle, no one is required to be consistent with the statements of others (who might or might not be wrong) but to be consistent with one's self. Such a superficial commentary! There are so many highly detailed works on the assassination like “JFK and the Unspeakable” that give so many reasons for the assassination in minute detail. This covers various subjects but doesn’t follow any of them to the logical conclusion. Why would the limo be cleaned immediately after the shooting ? Obviously covering up evidence along with not allowing An autopsy in Dallas as Texas law requires. The body removed at gun point ? The ONLY reason that I could think of to justify limo driver Bill Greer's braking the limo to a near-stop after it became perfectly clear that the limo was taking gunfire is that he may have had the presence of mind to allow Clint Hill riding on the follow up car to catch up to the presidential limo to shield its passengers, namely the Kennedys. Otherwise it was stupidity so unspeakable as to be considered depraved for the likes of a SS agent.

If it had been going 11 mph at first bang, it would have been going pretty fast by the final bang. That would have made the shooting much more difficult. For that matter we all know that agents other than Bill Greer and Roy Kellerman in the front seats should have been with the presidential limo rather than with the following car waiting for something to happen. And for the record, JFK was hated by SS agents for JFK's promotion of black SS agent Abraham Bolden and blacks in general, and agents were known to have stated that they wouldn't take a bullet for JFK.

The ONLY redemptive reason for his action would be his presence of mind to allow SS agent Clint Hill to race forward to protect Jackie Kennedy, which was Hill's assigned detail (although contrary to that theory, Greer began to accelerate BEFORE Hill was able to mount the rear bumper step and Hill nearly missed the limo). The fact is that Greer had to have known that the limo had already taken gunfire (BTW there was a bullet hole through the windshield from the front that was to the driver's side of the rear view mirror in Greer's face that is evident in both the Zapruder film and Altgens photo BEFORE the fatal headshot) and should have steered out of line and FLOORED the limo out of harm's way as well as he could control. It was NOT a "Mannlicher" Carcano...it was actually a M91/38 Carcano carbine. I own one. Shooting it accurately and in rapid fashion is not impossible but extremely difficult. He was trained on an M1 Garand, semi-automatic rifle. Why he would choose this crappy rifle is, of course, unknown and looking at his miscreant and warped life, one COULD make the case that for LHO this made perfect sense. Without JFK's brain to PROPERLY autopsy based on standard techniques and protocols, we can never prove from which direction the bullet came from nor the composition of that bullet. Was it a high-velocity frangible bullet (e.g., 223) or the copper-clad 140gr 6.5mm round? The brain would tell us both.
At Parkland hospital almost all the doctors agreed there was a front shot in the throat and head. The doctors who did the autopsy at Bethesda were told not to dissect the throat wound by military officials present who were not doctors. When questioned by Jim Garrison years later the doctor lied about why they didn’t examine the throat wound, saying initially that the Kennedy family didn’t want them to, then under further questioning admitting that the military officials present were the ones who told them to ignore it and to hurry up and finish as soon as possible .

Back in 2010 I went to see the secret service guys such as Jerry Bain and Clint Hill at their book signing .You got to ask them one question . I asked if the driver knew Kennedy got hit Why? The Zapruder film (as well as the Nix film) shows that the limousine slows just before the head shot, but never stops. There is zero evidence to support a shot from the front.; not even from your padre's pea shooter.
I stopped watching this video at 14.18, when the speaker referred to LH Oswald as the assassin rather than the alleged assassin. The speaker is described as a Professor of Philosophy. The credibility of anyone, let alone a professor of philosophy, who flouts the principles of natural justice and the presumption of innocence has to be questioned.
for someone who allegedly murdered the President of the United States any reasonable person would expect no less than a complete verbatim transcript of the entire interrogation but it doesn't exist. there are only accounts of what people remember from their questions and Oswald's responses during the interrogation.

Shots came from the grassy knoll-- according to 34 eyewitnesses in the grassy knoll area. Very problematic to assert with any certitude Oswald's role, if there was any, in the Book Depository. The 34 witness number is far closer to what witnesses say occurred.
And they didn't even do that well. Robert Oswald saying Lee was not particularly political and simply learned about many views and wanted to blend into groups seemed to have been totally lost on the commission, as was the fact his diary was written in only two sittings much later by him.

Kennedys military advisor normally sat in the front seat between driver and other secret service guy, not that day. Dallas motorcycle outriders were instructed not to be forward of the rear of the car. One such guy told his girlfriend in was the dangdest arrangement he had heard of. Sure, let's just skip right over parts of his life where he was stationed at Atsugi AFB in Japan, et cetera. And so on and so forth. Where does the speaker get the information that Oswald carried a 2nd ID, in the spring of 1963, under the name "A. Hidell?" Like most people who support the conclusions of the Warren Commission, this speaker knows very little about the events surrounding the assassination.

In the Warren report check out the photos, there's a photo taken from in front of JFK's limo. Through the windshield you see JFK with both hands at his throat. If you look to the building attached to tsd leaning on the left (as your left) you will see a guy . Tell me who it is.

the HSCA came to the SAME conclusions as the Warren report up until the 11th hour, about a week before they were to wrap up and the acoustic evidence was introduced. They debated whether to allow it. They did and that single factor added a second gunman on top of their initial conclusion of Oswald alone. The Warren commission, if it was made up of honest men, would clearly see the plot and the facts that did not fit the theory of putting the blame only on Oswald, but they would think: “If those who have done this have executed POTUS in broad daylight, what will they not do with me if I bother them?”, so for Warren commission members were much better to believe that there was only one sniper, especially if he was already dead, so they had ONE shooter to wrap it up in a nice package with a bow on top to make the public feel better that the shooter was caught. Does the Costella choir want us to believe the "conspirators" altered the original film *_after_* these second and third-generation copies had been made? The fact that each of the many copies of the Zapruder film matches all others as well as the original film proves beyond any doubt that no alterations were made. The Zapruder film shows that the back of Kennedy's head does remain intact and that there is a rather noticeable exit wound exactly where the autopsy materials show it to be. The Moorman photograph, taken seconds after Kennedy was hit in the head, also shows the back of his head to be totally intact. Thus, the photographic evidence is consistent with the autopsy materials -- all of which support a shot fired from behind Kennedy.
