The Brandywine is a three-blade traditional slipjoint new in 2020 from the folks at Kershaw. It's great to see Kershaw doing these traditional knives, but with more modern materials and at a price point that's very reasonable.

Got to say, didn't expect much from a traditional style Kershaw at all, but I'm pretty impressed! Really like the G10, F&F looks nice enough, may have to grab one of these for myself, cheers for the review!

The black g10/stainless bolster does look nice, still thinking about getting the culpepper (single blade with a lanyard hole is more my speed)

That Culpepper was pretty darn good, I got a weird grind, but everybody else has said there's was fine. I say go for it.

Cool little knife I am starting to get more traditionals since I'm on half the cash with all the corona bs lol traditionals seem to be a cheap and cheerful option here in the UK as a legal carry Thank you for sharing 😁

I have one and it is well built. My only complaint is the spine of the main blade is a bit thick. Trying to cut an apple with it is like using a chisel. It works, but not well and the other two blades are a bit short for that.

I have a buck trio which is pretty much the same but have to admit the Kershaw looks that little bit nicer and premium. I normally carry something like this because in the UK because i dont get any horrified looks when i pull it out to use it.

Right on! Yeah I know you knife laws are very different. People here aren't necessarily comfortable with it in certain places, but mostly nobody even notices. I'm definitely more likely to carry something smaller in the office and whatnot. Thanks for checking out the review! Be well.

They probably could do that but the knife would be 75$ instead of 25$ and frankly i don't think people would pay that.

Thanks for the kind words! An American opinion would be nice, but the price would likely suffer and thus impact overall value. I know Kershaw will be launching American made sprint runs soon of various knives, be interesting if any of them are traditionals. Thanks for the support!

You know man I really don’t mind that steel for what this knife would be used for. Secondary, tape cutter, letter opening...clean my nails or something. They look nice though! If you have any experience...better or worse than Rough Ryder?

I’ll tell ya it’s a pretty piece!!!!!! But they really went low on the steel....... but as pretty as it is you can let that slide and for the price as well!!!!! I have to pick it up you can’t let it go it has to be done I wouldn’t rest until I picked it up!!!!!! Thanks so much
