Key dimension empath's self sabotage ... Grounding ourselves, solid routine, stabilize and ground the root chakra. Being connected to my core. I needed to hear this.
In life usually people who tell this, sit in the office and chat about it, and those who do exercise are silent. Its lovely to hear it from someone who exercises and cares about others at the same time.
I sought you out after not having visited your channel for years to hear you say this. I knew I could come here and find this common sense advice about the importance of routine.
Agree 💯. Walking out in nature is essential for me, the bush, the mountains and the sea ❤. I am blessed to have them all and every day I take advantage. So peaceful…..
I do this every day, I walk in a forest, I hug a tree, and give thanks for all the oxygen it proves me. Then I take a seat in the dirt under this tree, and I ground my root Shakra. I just sit and pay attention to all the tree and their stillness. Is interesting when I say the words I love you, the trees move as if love the energy of love. ( it's not the wind either) walk in love in your heart ♥️ you'll see all the energy around you shift. 😊
This advise is very important for the INFJ empath/introvert's like me. There was a time when I would forget to eat because I was so disconnected to my body.
"Hello Lovely People"......words of wisdom and encouragement....."look after yourself and blessings to you." Is it okay to say that you start and end with a verbal hug? Such gentleness is much needed. Thank you.
I gave up coffee last Feb feel so much clearer but not staying up late and giving up the last few cigarettes I smoke is hard . Giving my self permission for non smoking to be part of my identity sounds like a good way to approach it Thanks.
Three effective routines that helps you avoid depression, according to Andrew Huberman (Huberman lab) and my own experience: No screens or any strong light after 10 pm. Expose your eyes to at least 10 minutes of morning sunlight outdoors within 3 hours of waking up. Thid sets your body's circadian clock.. Take uncomfortably cold showers 2-3 minutes a day. Add at least 15-20 min of "fast walk" a day (=anything that purs you above where you can hold a relaxed conversation.) Get regular POSITIVE human interaction IRL, not always easy ..... but crucial ..... Avoid alcohol. Create a growth mindset (focus on effort instead of result, doing instead of being...) and you will no longer need to binge watch RU-vid videos about narcissism and trauma healing 😊. This is NOT a quick fix, you will fall and get stuck in your head again and again ....but if you stick to/return to these advice your body will help you to stay in/get back to realty.
I have followed your channel for 5 years. I appreciate and value you. I share your videos more than any other. However, when a person works 3 jobs with 3 different schedules and also went back to school right before Pandemic, including classes until 11pm and then back to internship at 6 am, then work 2 to 6 or 8, then back to class, and yes, working on weekends. It's so difficult to have a schedule. I used to walk all the time. But I have to speak up for those of is who work service, retail, health industries. 24/7 shift employees schedules constantly, including working sometimes 10 days in a row.
I love you, just as a human being. Don't take me wrong. I bless you and your loved ones. Your wise advises have helpt me a lot. Just think you should know. From Sweden.
This is a comment I’d like to share about eat clean and money. Apples- bags of apples, they may be one of the least expensive fruits and they last/ don’t go off too quickly.
What?! I have been avoiding the commitment to the R word since i can remember! The very thought of it bores me to dEaTh. But those are all my favorite foods! Trutg be known, i do not know how to eat "clean", being raised on fast food and hanburfer helper. Im so confused why I am drawn so strongly towards a thing, just to discover the path to it is everything i dont like? The payoff must be subconscious. How can one discover the true dynamics of whats going on inside me?
And while im walking like saying " this is exactly where im supposed to be." There will be a good consequence for it. And i wont float away in thought. If i cant walk then, Face in carpet time: because im worth it.
Greetings Abdul Saad I recently found your RU-vid channel and heard what I needed. You've made really good videos in the past, but unfortunately for 10 months you haven't uploaded anything, as you promised, on the topic you started in the video "The Identity That Keeps Empaths Stuck". Do you intend to finish that topic on other aspects of the empath's identity, except relative to interpersonal relationships? Thanks in advance.
Well I have to say this is a very interesting topic, and very relatable. I have self sabotaged for 20 years. Why do I do that? Where do I take the research after this. What is a good book, or even article, or even a published study to read on this topic?
