You really should just record the video and then do the voice over. Cause you’re almost whispering and it doesn’t really sound good. Plus you’re making mistakes like calling the “formal” dining room, “the former room” and windows bring in “light” not “lights.”

NICE HOME AND PLAN WITH LARGE BACK YARD. WHICH I LIKE. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT IT APPEARS THE HOME IS VERY POORLY INSULATION AND NOISY INSIDE THE HOUSE WHICH IS A BIG TURN OFF FOR ME.I AM LOOKING FOR A HOME THAT IS WELL INSULATED AND SEMI SOUND PROOF SO THE HOUSE DOES NOT ECHO INSIDE HOME.

Thank you for showing this home. People in the comments are being way to hard on you. You can clear head other people in the background it’s obvious why you wouldn’t be extremely loud. It’s not like we really need to hear what you’re saying anyways we just need to see the house. You did a great job showcasing this house. I’m in love with this model and have been looking in this area. What’s the price point for a house like this?

The house is over half a million, and it's going to take about a million or more to remodel that house. Too many walls and the rooms and bathrooms are too small!!
