I hope they will promote them more. More music show performances , attending kpop concerts (loona become so huge because of kcon) doing interviews and games interviews
Allart (& Happy Tribe) is a small company, but their effort in making PIXY's stuffs look expensive through cameraworks & editing is honestly brilliant. If i didn't know anything about them, & someone told me they're from one of the bigger companies, looking at their MVs & songs, i would have believe them. People are start talking about this group & if the companies promote them properly, they're gonna a big hit for sure
Pixy is for AllArt just like the other way around, I can't imagine one day saying that AllArt doesn't deserve Pixy like it happens with companies with a lot of money and the big 3 They really make an amazing duo plus the company lets them be people in all the sense of the word. I would really like to buy their album is one of the only groups that really makes me want to support them.
Ikr, AllArt is so far the best company I’ve seen in this industry and they have my trust for the moment (which hasn’t happened a lot). The amount of effort they put in their only group Pixy is crazy, like, they have dedicated songwriters, a whole lore and music videos for Bsides. Also, I will always remember when in her introducing video Ella said she was grateful towards the company for giving importance to rest times. (+ she drove the CEO’s car 🤣)
PD scores so far: Wings: 8/10 Let me know: 9/10 Addicted: 10/10 Bewitched: 11/10 !!!!! these girls just keep on getting better, and they're doing this as rookies. STAN PIXY
It shows that a big budget do not guarantee quality, cinematography and skills is really what makes a good MV. Both of PIXY's MV really show how a good director can really makes wonder with a small budget.
I really wish PIXY had more fame behind them, because out of all girl group comebacks this year, PIXY has had one of the best. I instantly fell in love. The entire album is golden and I fucking love that for them.
As someone who is a visual artist and never feels like the production crew and editors get enough credit for their efforts- this group has a tantalizingly tailored artistic touch that can only be achieved by the astounding efforts of the artists behind it all. The way you comment on EVERYTHING just shows the kind of mutual respect artists can show because you know how much it took!!!!🥺😭😭 Also, though this is a small company I think everything is fire because unlike some of the big companies they are using their funds to outsource ARTISANS, and people particularly honed in on a unique value they can provide to the quality of the final outcome.🥴
I agree, the production crews never gets enough credit, very few fandom are actually constantly praising the production crew. For groups with stellar MV, all credits goes to their production crew and editors. I really liked the fact that PD takes the time to praise their hard work. Groups like Blackpink, Dreamcatcher, PIXY, that are known for their amazing MV, their crews definitely works hard to get amazing shots, beautiful sets, and good lighting and editing. It really makes the difference between a good (often extensive MV) and an amazing MV.
Pixy has been absolutely killing it since jump. They skipped rookie mode and are straight up pros. And for a new company as well, the production and choreography has all been top notch.
Yes, in an interview with high promoter, Ella the leader said the company valued their input and let them do both Bewitched and Addicted as title tracks.
I'm obsessed with Bewitched honestly...It's my most played song from the new album, and both versions are amazing. I love PIXY's English versions because they sound soooooo natural. The lyrics don't feel awkward at all. I adore the choreo and all the creepy aspects to the song- Their style is immaculate. I'm just SO glad PIXY has the team they do, I can't express that enough. I hope all the hard work of the girls and employees of the company pays off soon.
this is actually a second title track! when the girls listened to the mini album for the first time they were told that addicted would be the title track, but since they liked bewitched so much they had a talk with the company and decided to release it as a second title track :)
i just checked and it's actually confirmed by allart! if you check the description box in the bewitched mv it says they participated in recording the guide as well as other things
True many are saying Bewitched better than Addicted but I would say it was WISE TO PUT AS TITLE TRACK... If people hadn't been amazed with Addicted then people wouldn't have touch Bewitched. I would Addicted is starter which attracts people like me and Bewitched is the main course when u had the basic idea who Pixy is
My guess is that Addicted fits their storyline and concept a bit better as a Title Track, it attacks attention and is more kpop than Bewitched. I do feel the company had two gems, and it was wise to have them both as Title Track, both are actually pretty different, but complementary. I feel Addicted attacks people, and they think: Wow, it's dark I like it, and then listen to Bewitched and think itss even darker and intriguing, both work really well together.
As an Pixy advocate, I always enjoy seeing some positive reactions for them! I know Bewitched is beloved by fans, quite some people (in my Pixy discord at least) do prefer it over Addicted, so I'm really glad Allart listen to both the members and fans to promote this song more
I think is time to reactors stop praising big groups for just doing the bare minimum when they have the money and resources to make great things, because they are afraid of the fandoms who are big. Just look the amazing job all art is doing with Pixy, there is nothing "bare minimum " and with 10% of the resources of other companies and 0 promotions in tv/radio or youtube channels or having family groups promoting them. Addicted have only 1.1M views in 3weeks, and Bewitched 200k in 3 days(this is getting a lot of views for being a second title) while big labels artist have 10 to 50 million in a week. I will always say the same: put ANY idol/group from the big 3 in a company like Allart and those songs will be called trash, as pretty much are glorified trash now just because they can promote enough and people rather a song they are told to like instead a good song. Both Pixy title tracks can easily have 200M views in a week if they have the promotion of a Big3
Preach! Sooo true. I've been thinking the same for a long time. Many k-pop fans just like certain companies and groups because they are popular and are basically "bandwagoning". Hopefully in time more people will stop sleeping on Pixy and they get the recognition they deserve.
100% but this is also why PIXY can be appreciated even more, it may be a longer road to get bigger, but I think it is truly deserved this way as well. The talent in this group and label is ridiculously good.
the thing is that sadly not everyone has taste and that’s why popular and common sounds are more marketable, Pixy might never be as big as Twice or Blackpink but we definitely know that they have a tremendous amount of talent and originality
To the moon, Moonlight and Bewitched can easily be in top10 best b-sides of the year....i can't imagine if they release an album with 10 songs, STOP SLEEPING ON PIXY
I have not seen PD react like this in a while, last them they were this excited was with GWSN’s second & third title tracks. I also had the same react, listened to the song with my sennheisers, the sound is phenomenal
This SWISHER team is something else! I really wish PD to watch Addicted M/V Making Films #1 and #2 on Girl Group Request Livestream on Patreon. Those videos are by SWISHER also and gosh.. they shot and edited like actual documentary, like films, not like just simple bts videos. Interesting, that this team also did Wings and Let Me Know and every new MV became better and better.
I'm like.... honestly concerned that the kpop community is not paying attention to Pixy like just their Addicted mv is at like 2 million views I think. Like what is going on??? This is too good to be ignoring!!!
if they were from a big company they'd have a bunch of articles written about them being the next big thing, millions of views and followers, everyone would be going crazy over them! but it's not the case right now, that's the reason i'm being loud about them on social media i need them to be more known
@@andrcgs no same! As soon as I heard the songs I was like "oh this is for sure going to blow up!" And the fact that it hasn't is crazy to me! So I've been pretty vocal about them on social media too because this is way too good to ignore.
I think they just need to find their big break but I hope it happens ASAP because I'm so scared that if they don't rack up enough views and sales they might disband early 😭😭.
@@unhoely7925 That's one of my fears now tbh. I don't know like how things work behind the scenes but like just this year we had a few disbandments because the companies didn't have money so I'm just really hoping Pixy doesn't fall into the same hole 😭😭😭
I randomly came across this MV/Song and was obsessed and have listened to it sooo many times! I prefer the Korean version because of the "삼켜" and even the "내게 번져 내게 번져" sounds better too lmao I keep getting those parts stuck in my head. Then since I loved this song, I looked back at their debut and comeback songs and??? SO GOOD WTF
Yup, this MV is why they went from #3 to #2 in my top tier gg list ^^ They just keep on amazing me to my very core They are God level- I used to say they had God Level potential, but they've surpass that. They are Godesses. Their music is outstanding (so far), all of their tracks have been so damn good- Their production team is insane- Their own talent drips and glistens through their performances and choreos- Their sound is hauntingly beautiful- Their aesthetics elevate their delivery, enhances it to the point of enchantment. They take you to a gorgeous, yet ominous, journey- You end up falling addicted to them.
This song is so good that I've even added the instrumental to my EDM playlist. I usually don't even listen to instrumental versions but this song is a different beast. I'm really happy you made a video on it!
I just discovered pixy and I have literal chills. It’s the same feeling I had when I discovered ateez and Dreamcatcher. These girls are going be HUGE I can feel it
I just hope PIXY gets the recognition they deserve! They are so good and they just keep on getting better! I just wish that they at least get back what they're producing as content for us!
Yes, the girls said during an interview that they wanted Bewitched to be the title track when they first heard it, so the company is promoting the hell out of it as if it was a second title track
Bewitched is their 2nd title track, and now they basically have an MV for every awesome unique songs in their album (excluding instrumentals and alternate language versions).
Bewitched is an amazing video but even better song. its timing of release made it even better. When you think it was pretty much one local with just different angles and adding chairs and a stage. Just shows the talent of the whole team who pulled it together. You should really check out the Halloween version. There is also moonlight which is amazing.
It’s a hell of a mini album for sure. The two main B-Sides have Korean and English versions. Addicted and Bewitched have instrumentals. Moonlight has an animated MV and a simple and cute “live” MV. “Still with me (To Winxy)” is a lovely song and also has an MV, mostly a behind-the-scenes clip collection style. This is a lot of content, all very well made.
Honestly I've been listening to the whole album on repeat since it came out. Everything from the intro, to the title track and the b-sides is just amazing and exactly what I needed during the spooky season 🎃
I think the company went all out and hired the whole package because the behind the scenes for Addicted MV looks well made and have the credits listed too. The behind the scenes also doesn't censor staffs like most behind the scenes too and showed good chemistry/atmosphere while filming it. It's quite noticeable compared to the other groups I stan. It's refreshing
ALLART really is putting these girls on the map. they are so talented and deserve so much more! also, lets talk about the team! choreography and everything so well done.
also look the last 10 videos from the channel, this one is the second longest reaction/review and in the end is a "performance" MV, while the others are truly MV for each artist, you can tell only with this fact that how much things to say about a MV PD has to say and that equals the level of production and effort in a MV.
Bewitched is the song you hear playing when one night you pass by a murky underground goth club on Halloween. Dark synth wave. Very surprised to have such a gem from such a new group, this song is my personal song of the year and I can see me enjoying it for many years to come.
I also loved the first scene of choreography. the choreo implies slow motion and that paired with how they quickly zoomed out and then slowly moved in the same direction the choreo led the girls to, was just delicious imo haha. I am also obsessed with how the vocals are relatively quickly paced for that part. it looks soooo cool
I guess you know what you need to do now... Listening party for Fairy Forest: Bravery & Temptation. Because both Swisher and D_answer (Pixy's songwriting and music production team) are amazing.
Its not b-sides, each song has its mv even the intro. if we talk about a performance video then i think their song "the moon" is my fav in terms of video editing in a performance video Also, pixy members when asked about what is their pride from their company. They said its their producer team (d_answer). Thats explain why their sound is so unique, and also why they really like to perform their song. Because their pride is their producers. They want people to enjoy their music.
There is so much passion that’s being put behind “PIXY” as a concept and group. You can see it from the members, the producers, the editors, film crew, and everyone on the team. If I’m going to be honest, I hardly ever see this level of passion in a larger/ more popular group.
