I absolutely love AR homes, but I think this model has them all beat! Flawless home imo. The only thing I was looking for was a breakfast bar in the master suite! But other than that, an absolutely stunning home!

The double kitchen, and separate his and her shower/bath area will certainly add to the price

Loved it. I like The Lake Club and John Canon this video has helped tremendously. One question for a non golfer which would you chose The Lake Club or Country Club East?

Peter, I don't it would matter because golf is not included in either development. It's optional in Country Club East, and there is not a golf course in The Lake Club. The overall cost of ownership is higher in The Lake Club, and there is a slightly different "feel" in The Lake Club. But both communities are very popular and desirable.

@@Peter-ok9bj The Lake Club has an elegant feel, but not stuffy. Many of the owners walk in the neighborhood and socialize. The different sections have different size lots, but they are laid out for maximum privacy.

Not interested in Genoa Stock supposively owns all the lots there. I like John Canon. That is why I was wondering about the bigger lots.
