@@sangvinhun There was a fan theory in WoW, when Jaina started acting really weird and against her character, that she was a dreadlord in disguise, a saboteur before the Legion invasion. Then Legion came and we found out it wasn't that, but just lazy writing
at 1:17 that level of detail is amazing. In the original cutscene, the Enchantress turns the other one into a sheep, which is the third spell. In this one too the Banshee is using her third spell on the enemy. That is some commitment to detail. Really nice
This whole campaign reminds me of Act 3 in Diablo 2. There was something called "Jungle Curse" spreading through Kurast. "Well, I gave you my word, and brought you here as promised. But by all that's still holy, I wish I'd never returned to this accursed place. This fetid jungle can't be the fair Kurast I left behind. @@karpai5427 that's the hint I made to explain sleep in this map. The RU-vidr Jayborino thought it was a really funny explanation and now he says "reduce the number of combatants" every time he uses the Sleep ability
I've played the campaign so many times that even if they didn't use audio, I could voice out the dialogue in their respective demon/undead voices. I love the original WC3 Dreadlord voice- WoW just turned them into droning monotone crap with zero sense of menace. They used to be devilish manipulators, now they're just winged brutes that sound no different from the pit lords. Case in point, Mal'Ganis. On a separate note I like watching this campaign because it reminds me of Arthas in the first two chapters of the Frozen Throne campaign before leaving for Northrend: he rules the kingdom of the undead with the same royal nobility and grace as if it was a kingdom of the living: he called the undead minions his 'subjects' and stood for any who hadn't fallen to the dreadlords' influence. A bit of it might be him larping too quickly into his title as 'King' but can you blame him? He was a prince training to take that spot and he's exercising his father's lessons. Between that and calling Kel'Thuzad as his genuine friend before leaving, it really painted an interesting picture of the Scourge that the Lich King's servants could still feel a sense of camaraderie.
1:14 in the land of Dalaran, a Necromancer and a Banshee were practicing magic, the Necromancer hurled a Cripple to start the duel. But the Banshee wouldn't have it, she just possessed the Necromancer. The two become one, and just like that, the duel was over
"We are necromancers from QuelThalas. We've come to help cure the land...." Since when necromancers cured anything 😂😂😂 Developers have gone quite mad. Clearly, they stirred storyline into collision course with sanity.
Yeah. That line was pretty weird. I'm currently working on remastering this and I changed it to: "we've come to defend the land from these strange invaders"

They came to cure the land of life and it sits very well in this alternate reality - where humble, kind necromancers and their minions suffer from barbaric Greenpeace extremists. These whole campaign is so gold I can't even watch it more then 5 minutes in a row without getting too agitated :D Jaina-Dreadlord is also a great idea.
Imagine undead Arthas banging a dreadlord was the last thing I would have imagined and the last thing I wanted to imagine and yet here we are. Time travelers need to stop sneezing in the timeline…
Meanwhile, on StarCraft: Reign of the Void Alternate… At the Feral Guard's Evolution Pit, Draliska snoops in on Ouros trying and failing to convince the Evolution Master (not Abathur himself, but an identical specimen) of the impending threat. After outing his presence, the Master and Draliska have a chat regarding the threat of a mysterious psionic epidemic plaguing the Zerg, and that the Protoss might have something to do with it. The Master dispatches him to the Infinity Swarm's fringe worlds. Later on, Draliska rendezvous with Duran's Brood, and they investigate the psionic threat. Along the way, the following are encountered: - A mineral hoarder they exterminate - Various renegade Zerg who split off from the Feral Guard - More of Schezar's pirates - Stasis Cell that proves that the minerals harvested and could be sent across the sector are possibly compromised. - The Confederacy sending Agent Atticus Carpenter, Lt. Jack Frost, and grounded Medivac pilot Black Morgan to aid Duran in the investigation on the compromised minerals. - Dargyl the Ultralisk dealing with a couple of Protoss. - A pair of High Templar, Aedus and Xerxes, in charge of the operation, lead their Probes away and order two of their High Templar to fuse into an Archon to hold off the Zerg. (Yes, this means when they come back, they come back as the Archon Hero.)
First I thought this was going to be some weird Starcraft crossover and that the well was going to be the Zerg creep Colony or something in Mission Backwater station
@@Xo-3130 that's not the reason. It's based on the Dreadlord Jaina theory from WoW. At the time the theory was created, there were no female Dreadlords
@@xetanth87 actually there was though it was to my knowledge either speculation as the origins of some demons was unknown or even why Dreadlords seemed to still keep cheating death or from the RPG and other supplementary which had a lot of fun things like half orcs in both yhe alliance and horde something which I think no longer exists in the current setting.
