Helmut, why do some people have a final straw that renders them non functional and other ppl with the same patterns or lots of trauma can just keep going and going and never end up housebound? It is that some systems are more sensitive/HSP?
I dont dig...at all.. How did you process? Did your brain get stuck in the past? How did you get it present to know its safe and not in the past?@mindful__gardener
