Yea Skooch is inconsistent , If personality was to be taken seriously and just keeping it into the S tier , it would be between Vi (Best tomboy), Senna(Best Wife) ,Morgana(Truly believes in redemption ) and finally Sona who would most likely win because she has golden heart and while we could say she is a mute , she is also a telepath so that cancels out but at the same time would make for some very interesting sexy time .

Dude, have you read Quianas lore? As royalty, Quianas family is tasked with protecting various villages hidden in the jungles of Ixtal and their children are announced to be the protectors of a specific village each. Quiana wanted to become such a protector but it wasn't her turn yet, so her parents announced her older sister as protector instead. In spite of her parents decision, she secretly carved out a path in the jungle, so that the village under her older sisters protectorate could be discovered easily by potential agressors and that's exactly what happend. Because her sister couldn't handle the attack, Quiana stepped in and saved the day, proving her parents wrong. And all it took was to threaten the lives of innocent villagers and I'm pretty sure her sister got injured badly during the attack as well. If that's not a RUNRUNRUN, then I don't know.
She is driven to be empress of Ixtal, willing to murder her family one by one kinda driven but driven. All you gotta do is make sure you're not in any conceivable way a barrier to entry to the throne and you're set, I think...she might just take you out so fast that Kindred won't realise that you actually died.

I realize that these tierlists are meant to be comedic entertainment, and not to be taken super serious, but given the effort he puts into explaining his reasons, I do think Skooch misjudges Quiyana. I think he might be conflating her blatant arrogance and narcissism with genuine confidence or just a big ego. But if she was truly just confident, she wouldn't need to bring others down to seem superior. Quiyana is just filled to the brim with narcissism and arrogance. A saying goes like the following: "There are two ways to build the largest building. You either build the largest building, or you tear down every other building around you." Quiyana's dialogue reveals that she needs to invalidate others to feel like she is worth something. Her attitude isn't "I'm confident in my abilities", it's "I matter, you don't." which is an extremely toxic way of thinking, especially in the context of a relationship. I agree, like I want to belive Skooch is just joking, because the tier keeps getting inconsistent. If I have an idea of counter Quinna I would pick Illaoi, which she has a sense of seen people weak, but she genuinely wants to bring the best version of those people, give them "encouragement" to chase there dreams. Sure she is rough, but it comes with good intentions also she rewards the ones that became better.

nope. if you ask me Xayah is of one subrace of Vastaya. Vastaya also include Ahri, Nami, Rengar, Wukong and Rakan. Neeko is a form of Vastaya that was isolated from Valoran, Shurima, Ionia and the rest of the main areas we know of. Neekos species is called Oovi-kats, and they are way more intune with magic and their emotions effect their appearance. i would still kinda say she should be on here, but cassiopia isn't either, so. (disclaimer: i don't have a thing for cassio, but if Kayle is Mommy tier and not Run, and Sivir is not just Reluctent, Cassio should at least be on there with how wack that shit is)

People with large egos and narcissistic personalities also tend be very manipulative. They often date people they think are weak and easy to control. Qiyana definitely strikes me as that type of person.
In defense of Skooch, I think he's conflating "confidence" with "big ego". People with big egos suck. People with confidence are cool. I don't think Qiyana is a fun kind of confident. Dating Jinx would most likely be very bad for me, as I would totally be infected by her madness and kind of become her crazy sidekick. I would end up as the Harley Quinn to her Joker.
