thanks for the update. it seems that what will happen is the losses freeholders and landlords stand to make will be shifted elsewhere, anyway, it's a start - i've been trapped in this place for over six years because of the reputation of the management company, leasehold and services charges, at least this will make my property a little less repulsive.
