I'm here for the car reviews! I'm genuinely glad you're not just a "here's the new phone, here's what's i think of it" channel. I know I'm just 1 view, but I'll watch your funky form factor, quirky car comments, alternative alliteration review channel every time! Happy new year Mr. Mobile and friends 💚
You might be surprised about how many petrolheads/car fans actually rock up to watch car vids -- especially ones as well-produced, and entertaining as yours. For a lot of that community, Top Gear/Grand Tour were the go-to for quirky, entertaining car reviews with a splash of comedy and Top Gear is a shell of what it was, and the Grand Tour guys who used to do Top Gear are only going to do road-trip specials. So there is a huge hole in our car-loving hearts that vids like the ones on your channel might fill!
I'm here for pretty much any video you make, car, foldable, every Star Trek reference. As a former Verizon sales rep, When Phones Were Fun is definitely my top though.
While this year wasn't the best given the circumstances, I did discover your channel & have been hooked ever since! Here's to a better year & can't wait to see what you bring us!
@@mnstechcrafts6886 are you serious bro? This is not the place for advertising. Let people find your channel by themselves. You shouldn’t beg for subscribers and/or views. I remember doing something similar back a couple years ago, but I stopped doing that and I’m glad I did. You don’t need to advertise to get a good audience. Think about it next time.
Literally talked about my personal struggle of what to create in my last video so it was nice to hear what you are thinking. I can say for sure that you are doing REALLY well across a bunch of different subjects. And I'll always watch.
Thanks for the suggestion! I really like that MrMobile has always included more than just phones since day one ... but it's been a learning experience figuring out the boundares of what I can and can't get away with.
@@TheMrMobile adding to the suggestion. the tech we can carry in our pockets or backpack in the main channel. the other tech gadgets we can't carry in pocket or backpack like ev, general vlogs, your experiences, reviews of any stuff that you would like to share ,studio upgrades and anything you like to share with us in the side channel.
@MrMobile [Michael Fisher] The advantage with this would lie in that you wouldn't have to worry about the quality affecting the way your main channel is treated by the algorithm and so you could just post on the secondary channel whenever you are worried, that the quality of the video does not suffice or further increacing quality would be very time consuming. Or you can give your take on released tech without or before extensively reviewing it.
Michael, I just wanted to congratulate you for having such a productive RU-vid year in spite of your extended illness. You are the consummate professional and we all appreciate having you here. Best in 2021!!!
You’re correct about transparent technology. My game boy colour in the transparent purple is still my favourite piece of transparency in technology. I wish everything was transparent.
Definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to tech channels, I love how you are expanding the topic whilst still sticking to your tried and trusted presentation format. I am really looking forward to your 2021 content.
Bro your videos are my favorite. Your attention to detail and just the way you film and structure your videos. You give me like.. “the cool uncle” vibes and I’m HERE FOR IT 💜😂
Thank you Mr.Mobile for not being the average run of the mill reviewer in all your videos. It get boring for audiences who have already bought the latest phone to watch videos of other latest phones. But this innovative approach to making new series' on different subjects related to technology is very interesting to watch and gives some much needed horizontal room for your channel. It makes me come back for more. Please keep the good work you are honest straightforward work you are doing, we love it.
I'm a fairly new subscriber but I find your tech channel very refreshing and has a unique flavor in an increasingly crowded youtube genre. The throwback and foldable series are some of my favorite youtube binges of this year
I really like the idea of combining phone review’s with electric car ones. One of the reasons why you’re my favourite reviewer is because you test products in the real world and actually show the viewer this process rather than just talking about it from a white room. Keep up the awesome work!
Congratulations on a fantastic year, Mr. Mobile. I enjoyed every single one of your series. "When Phones were Fun" was REALLY fun to watch, and brought many happy memories using some very quirky phones back in the day (especially the Nokia ones!), and "Into the Fold" was just about the best foldables coverage I could find. Here's to keeping it up in a hopefully-more-mobile 2021!
do not for the love of god ever get a telescope like that. its a peace of chap. Telescope Addicts - Astronomy & Astrophotography Community on facebook would be a noob should go to for help
Love to hear your voice and point of view on products, not just a simple review but as an actual user who lets us experience the bad and good in every product review and is 100% clear about sponsorships. Have a great new year and I wish this channel many more years to come!🎆🎉
Michael you're still the best narrator on RU-vid whatever topic you discuss the videos are just a joy to watch. Good scripts and delivery are not easy to find. Keep it up Michael.
Thank you for your videos this year. They got me through a painful bed bound time with viral arthritis, and also all of the rest of 2020s insanity. Awesome to be on side with a channel growing into something fantastic. See you next year!
Simple & honest that's why we love MrMobile. I'm looking forward to see Motorola Razr 5G V2. Maybe 2021 is the year when they use the classic Razr aluminum on the back & on the front.
Watching your videos is not like watching a typical review that lists all the specs like a spec sheet. It’s entertaining like a movie, it has a clear story that makes you appreciate the story behind any kind of tech, no matter what the brand is. I’m excited for the year to come, and I can’t wait for the experiments that you will be doing on your videos. Keep innovating, keep having fun making these videos. Happy new year Mr. Mobile and everyone else!
Forever the greatest tech channel and reviewer of the world, MrMobile & Michael Fisher. And please, never ever stop doing throwbacks and "when phones were fun". All the best, and a happy new year, let it be better for all of us than 2020 ever was!
As some one that worked at a cart in the mall selling Nokia face plates in the late 90’s and then went on to slinging Sprint at Radio Shack in the early 2000s, I loved your when phones were fun series. It really brought me back to the good old days of cell phone innovation.
I still remember buying "Fashionista" on a train outside of Boston in 2016 and thinking "hm, this 'feels' like MrMobile." www.premiumbeat.com/royalty-free-tracks/fashionista
Most car related content on RU-vid doesn't feel that worthwhile, but here it has always been a good vibe without feeling like I'm getting a wall of words and lazy b-roll to pad out the video. Love the content, keep up the good work!
Honestly, Mr. Mobile videos are just so chill and very calming to watch while being very informative. Definitely deserves more than 1M. Congrats on the channel and good luck to all of us for 2021!
I only found you this year thanks to Austin Evans but man you’ll really helped keep my eyes and ears open on tech this year and even given me curiosity to products I gave the stink eye at first. Your videos are always a pleasure to watch and hopefully 2021 will be a better year for all of us as well as your channel.
Thanks for touching on the sound quality in your earbud discussion! I probably didn't convey it well in our brief chat on the Airpods Max video, but that kind of basic bottom-line was what I was looking for there as well. Hope it's a bit you'll include in future audio tech hands-ons & reviews! Keep up the great videos, and have a happy New Year!
Bro I think you may be my spirit animal! From the consistent subtle and not-so-subtle Star Trek placements (including an L cars interface on a Lenovo laptop thank you very much) to the well-written script and professional delivery of the content to the sharp wardrobe and home decor, I'm really digging this channel. Plus I like that you shoot straight on product negatives, but in a way that makes me feel like you were rooting for the product to win but you have to break the honest bad news. Excellent work!
I have always respected the fact that you take a lot of effort to do research on the products you review. When you step into automotive reviews, please keep this up and review them by truly understanding what a car is. I am saying this as I bave seen tech reviewers recently reviewing cars like electrical gadgets. They are much more than that like for instance factors like suspension set ups, steering feel, handling, braking performance and feel etc.
11:55 The ev scene is about to absolutely explode, with like 20 brand new models dropping in 2021 from all over. Rather than cover them all, take a page from into the fold and focus on the interesting ones, of which there will be many (looking at you, aptera)
I am here for virtually any video Mr. Mobile has in store for us. I am excited about all new videos you have lined up for us. Wish you a happy new year Micheal
I follow your videos religiously. Thanks again for your honesty and humility with tech. your perspective is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the 2021 productions
I've been following Michael Fisher since the pocketnow days and seeing you now over 1 millions subs. Congrats with the success and keep doing what you're doing. How time flies!
You were one among (or the only 😁) the people who keep tech tube more than just about Smartphones and Computers. Thank you for producing such quirky and informative videos. To a better 2021🍻
As will all great tech review channels, my favorite part about what you do is keep making videos I look forward to watching even if I have no intent on ever buying the products featured in them. Good stuff
Hey man been watching your stuff since the HTC One X review and i don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I appreciate you venturing out as phones are definitely getting boring, but every now and then I like to stop and remember how far we've come in such a short amount of time and it never ceases to amaze me. Would love to see or hear you get together with old friends and colleagues and just reminisce about some of your favorite tech moments/products. Keep up the great work man!
I love this channel not just for the helpful reviews but for the wonderfully delivered narrative on life vs tech. I am in full support of the electric car reviews more for your experience with them, less so for the specific cars. Happy New Year to you and everyone in the comments!
What I truly love about your reviews is that its super fresh, the superb narration, videography, content quality and the honest review of a device. I have been a fan and always considered watching your reviews whenever I had the need of a good advice regarding some tech stuff. Thank you Mr. Mobile! Happy New Year to you and the crew!
Thank you for another year of entertaining and educational content. When phones where fun is one of my favourite series on this channel, I am glad to hear it’s going to remain. Have a very happy new year everyone, and have a fantastic 2021!
"When Phones Were Fun" was my favorite series of the year. It reminded me of how the phone industry used to feel more like a "jungle" rather than the straight roads we see now. Before the iPhone, we almost always saw someone with a unique phone that catered to their needs, now we have devices that can do it all and have roughly the same glass slab design. Of course that's changing and looks like change is what we always needed.
As a someone who loves watching the channel and the format and presentation of your videos, who's also a car enthusiast and a big fan of EVs, I'd definitely be stoked if there was more content on that front!
I am in for the calm unhyped reviews and the occasional Trek moment. Your "on the road" reviews of phones, gadgets and cars nurture my restlessness just enough. I am probably wrong but that "Big Roadtrip" feeling seems to be a typical American thing and to be honest, I envy that. Your reviews influenced more than one buying decision over the years. I hope you have a good start into the new year and stay save.
Nice overview. I enjoyed a lot of your content. I hope this is affirmed in your views and subs. It's nice that your channel isn't just the same drab phones. I think MrMobile doing road trips reviewing various tech on the way would be a great thing, if possible. That (very expensive) telescope was my favorite. Something unexpected. Cheers
I've been supporting you since pocketnow and now already 4 years you created this channel! Damn, wow! So proud of you! Great video as always. Happy New Year
2 things: 1, Michael has one of the best reviewer voices and formats on RU-vid. Always enjoy the videos! Best if the new year to you. 2, regarding the cars, I agree with tying them into the road trip stuff you’ve been doing. Great way to talk about not only the car (briefly) but also charging infrastructure, internal tech, and how well it ties into other mobile tech and how it all either helped or hindered the road trip experience. Just my two cents.
2020 hasn't been so rossy Thanks for bringing similes to our faces irrespective of any tech you are reviewing it just fun to watch make us feel euphoric in mind and I hope for more of the same in 2021 wishing you a wonderful and prosperous new year.
Thank you Michael. I’ve been watching your videos since you started and they’ve always been a pleasure to watch. They’ve sincerely helped me get through tough days and weeks lately. If you see that, please never stop being yourself and making these videos!
Every RU-vidr out there makes good videos, but yours are the ones I'm always looking forward to watch. Your videos always have such an interesting storyline. Keep it up and stay mobile!
I've been watching your reliable, trustworthy content for a long time now Michael. I have loved this year, and When Phones Were Fun has been awesome! I'd love to see some other vintage/ older weird tech alongside the phones though!
Loved this video. These are the sort of products that I would not necessarily watch whole reviews for but still be interested in. So this condensed form was great
Can't say this enough for Mr. Mobile. His production values are top notch. This video was outstanding in variety, writing and was visually stunning. What I like about Mr. MOBILES art direction is his videos are very colorful, whilst remaining tasteful. Kudos. You will make 5 million subscribers this year.
I have always watched your channel more than other tech related RU-vid channels because this is so different. Still with more than 1M subs this channel must be the most underrated channel out here in RU-vid :(
I really like that aspect of approach with the cars of how they allow you to indulge in life, rather as you say then the cars themselves. And I think that strikes to the heart of your channel which is in what ways are technology going to change our lives or looking back at the ways we try to envision a future. Brilliant content is always and looking forward to seeing what you do in the future! ☺️
Michael I have to say you easily have become my favorite channel. You have a real talent for keeping your content fun and interesting, plus your work throughout the years keeps getting better. Here's to a hugely successful 2021 from a genuine fan of the channel
Thank you MrMobile for a genuinely fun, interesting and informative channel, which in my opinion is heads above the rest. Good work, I look forward to more MrMobile videos in 2021!
Honestly, you keep your videos so professional and entertaining that you could narrate yourself balancing a checkbook and i would be on cloud 9. Heres to 2021!
you can review whatever you want, we will watch it just to hear your soothing voice, your perfect naration, and your honest opinion. best reviewer ever
I know this is comparable bland to your Fold, but i would really love your take on Amazons Fire Tablets. I think they are really interesting when on sale, especially when used with the Fire Toolbox.
Love the idea of blending the weekend trip phone reviews with a review of an electric car. Gives us a peak of what both can do on our our trips in the future!
How did I not know there was an awesome tech reviewer in New England I can’t wait for more stuff your “when phones were fun” is literally my issue with phones today. Love the nostalgia
Been here since the beginning of this channel and watched every video uploaded here. And the car video i enjoy the most are from this channel. Thanks for being this cinematic voice guy reviewing thinks I never thought would be uploaded in one channel and Happy New year 🍾
I didn't even know you reviewed cars it's awesome! I think generally I prefer to watch 10-15min videos max, maybe other people feel that way too! But compacting a car review in such a short time can be a challenge. Happy new year!
You're my best RU-vid discovery of the year ! Your videos are always so well put together. Your work is very professional and entertaining. Looking forward to more top quality videos from you in 2021!
Hi @MrMobile 😀 What do you think about the mystic bronze colour on newer Samsung products 👋 And btw what about taking a look at the Motorola Flipout from 2009 in "When phones were fun" I think it looked quite interesting 👍
It's awesome how you're being unique with content you provide and the way you present it in a sea of preprogrammed reviews and opinions. Really hope next year you'll see further grow to the channel you definitely deserve. Happy New Year Michael
I'd love to see a road trip series of real-world use of any electric vehicles/alternative fuel cars! Go visit a new place each episode, just drive and experience the car as normal but the roadtrip/places you eat/whatever you choose to do is content too!
Your production quality, commentary, and all around great presentation style never ceases to amaze. Keep up the good work in the new year and thank you for all the great content.
Always love your videos! I’m a fan of a lot of tech channels, but yours has a real charm and stand out as one of my favorites to watch! Keep up the great work in 2021!
Maybe look to Top Gear for inspiration on combining the cars and the the reviews with a road trip? Also you cold demonstrate different tech in different places using the trip.
I never normally comment on RU-vid but just wanted to say thanks for the entertainment this year! It's been a difficult few months but I can always count on your videos for a some quality escapism!
