Only a few fights in this part but they're very story driven and spoilery so watch at your peril.
Despite being the first boss of the chapter Loa Erebonus is considered to be the "final" boss of the game by some. He is the most difficult of the bunch with grunts and sleep attacks at his disposal but you already fought a boss like this before so just slap some anti sleep items (which you should easily have 5 of since you get a Medal with status immunity and the Grail Locket before this) and use Millium's S-Break to clear out the grunts. After that just throw up your buffs and wail on him. By this point you'll have (hopefully) gained every master Quartz and Elemental Bell in the game so you can come up with a myriad of combinations in order to take this guy down. I opted for a simple manner of Rean being an AT Delayer with Arc Slash, Laura the melee attacker with Vermillion, Jusis as the support character with Moebius and Alisa as a mage with Criminal equipped. Jusis can keep everyone topped up with OP healing items and the other three can go to down after I've used Millium to wipe out the grunts.
The next fight is your last party battle against a Drakkhen and this one is just straightforward. He''s immune to status effects including AT Delay so it's just a matter of throwing up your buffs and keeping your HP up. Fie with the max Evade setup is a good point man to draw out the boss's attacks while Rean/Laura can use their line attacks and your mages cast magic. The Drakkhen does have some beefy defenses so you'll want to use double buffs to get the best damage.
Following this you have an unwinnable fight against Scarlet's Spiegel as if you somehow manage to kill her before she gets a chance to use Reflective Armour she'll always survive with 1 HP. Just be sure to scan the boss and wait the couple turns needed before she wipes you out and we advance the plot.
Valimar is here and with him there's a new addition to battles in the Trails series with Divine Knights. Anyone who has played the Suikoden games will be familiar with these as they take the same rock-paper-scissors concept for dueling that game uses and instead of you choosing an attack based on what your opponent says in this game its based on your opponent's stances. The Spiegel serves as a tutorial fight and only has 3 stances you have to worry about (and you see them here). Once you've built up enough CP you can cast your self buff and finish her off with a Rush Attack.
The final boss of the game is C in the Azure Knight and this one is a doozie since he's also capable of performing link attacks and special moves. Now that you have a sword you have access to a couple more moves but all you really need to do is unbalance him enough to build up 3 Brave Points, cast your buff skill twice and when his HP falls to a little under half (which you'll know as he will spend a turn taunting you) use your Rush attack to kill or almost kill him. Use your EP based skill to keep your HP up as C can overwhelm you quickly and when he does prepare to use his special attack use the Morning Moon to reduce the damage and counterattack. Once his HP falls to the low end he'll start performing his own counter stances (in which you'll want to Morning Moon) but you can potentially kill him before it gets to that.
Once that's done the game wraps up and you'll get an ending depending on which character you danced with during the festival. This will have a small effect on a scene in Cold Steel 2 and depending on what level Rean is at and what your Academy Ranking is you can also start that game with some additional perks just like Sky did for Second Chapter. Level 80+ and Rank A0 are what you want to be aiming for here.
