I once ran into Juan Gabriel's gardener and spoke about Juan Gabriel a while after his death. A really great man. The gardener told me that JG had no ego. He walked to the local grocer to do his own shopping saying hello to all the neighbors. Stopping to talk to anyone that wanted to talk. The gardener said JG was a faucet of money to the poor people of his neighborhood. He had his mother and grandmother living with him. Generous to the help in his house, could never say no to anyone needing a handout. He was so generous that when he died, his estate was almost non-existant. I wasn't a fan of his music (I make the excuse that I am third generation American and I was more into Disco and Motown) but I am a fan of the Man Juan Gabriel. He would have made a good angel.

Thank you from bringing him back to life. Boy we do miss him and that beautiful voice.🥺

I would have LOVED to have had the opportunity to take my parents to watch him in concert before he had passed! The way he sings from the heart and you can feel it is awesome! He was a great singer!
