I tend to get overwhelmed when I have to control separate factions, but this map is great fun. The split economies are easy to manage and we get to use many trebuchets to support offensive pushes. Each army also gets its own leadership boni, which helps narrow down what to focus on with each one. For the Ironfist, I choose Brian's to buff the attack speed of many basic units. It is a bit underwhelming since I don't build many of the units impacted, but I don't need Bloodfangs and this is a decent excuse to use it. For the Coastal Battalion, I choose Cora's Academical Knowledge to increase the mana pool of casters. Her faction recently absorbed the Order of the Tides, so this buff synergizes with Hydromancers and their Crushing Wave spell. For the Royal Army, I choose Larine's Medicine of the Exile to give Larine a healing aura and buff Priests' Heal. This works well with the extra large army we can have on this map, plus we have plenty of opportunities to use Ironforged on other maps. I push out quickly to remove Teal while avoiding Whitefield's base entirely. This gets me access to the trebuchets in the upper right via Waygate. Repairing them allows them to fire defensively and also starting hitting Retka's base across the map. The Golden Guard show up and Whitefield's base flips fairly soon after, which is why I did not touch it earlier. This opens up the middle trebuchets for repair and most defense can be centralized in this area. There are farms scattered along the top of the map that spawn Militia like from the Rebellion map. I tower up the right entrance against these and wipe out the Grey Pyrrean base next, which allows me to build Destructors, but more importantly gives me three for free. These are great for sniping the Militia farms to remove that element of enemy pressure. There is a Rune of Fortification behind trees to the left, but it is more time consuming to break all the trees to get to than it is worth in my opinion. Even more trebuchets here on the left can be repaired and are able to hit most of the Golden Guard base. The map can begin to feel a bit chaotic dealing with constant large attacks converging on Whitefield's base, having to manage three tech trees, and aiming the trebuchets to hit structures instead of wasting shots on enemy units that just move and avoid them. My boni choices allow me to simplify my army composition choices: inherited Whitefield Knights fill up the Ironfist food cap, Priests from the Royal Army, Hydromancers from the Coastal Battalion, three free Destructors, then all fleshed out with whatever other melee frontliners and siege weaponry to get maxed out. The trebuchets can destroy almost all of Red's base, allowing me to waltz in nearly unopposed. There is no need to ever attack Green because Scarlett and the Kajon Marauders surrender once Retka is killed. I use my left trebuchets to focus down many Golden Guard structures in range, then attack-move in with my mondo combined army to clean up. I do some item management off camera because I want Larine to have some available slots for her next mission.

I know you don't like the three separate tech trees but this mission is genuinely one of my favorites, Whitefield switching alliances (while not as significant as in Long Love the Queen) is very cool and gets you an extra hero which is always nice. After you defeat Grey and get all the trebuchets it's all downhill from there and can get kinda boring since you're basically cleaning up but it's still overall really fun.

Honestly i think if Gardon didn't quit from being a paladin he would probably be a good BF for larine ngl.

That or Best Bros with Praxeus in the Templar Order in Golden Guard With Praxeus and Gardon being the only Upper Ranking Golden Guard Commanders that aren't arrogant bastards
